July 30th 2024 I picked up my truck after requesting a brake line replacement. I paid four hundred dollars and they told me it took a a while because lines kept breaking. I drove it for a month and my brakes failed while I was driving on a main highway. I found out they did not replace all of the lines. They repaired a few. When asked why they told me lines kept breaking and they couldn't fix all of them. Meaning they did not fix my car and didn't let me know I was driving a way with a patch job. They then told me to bring the truck back in and they would finish the job, after they told me it couldn't be done, but I would have to pay for another tow and another repair bill.Business response

When it was towed in with the complaint of no brakes. We were told to repair the brake lines that were leaking. After repairing the first lines that were leaking more broke due to the extensive rust in the under carriage. We repaired lines that broke and test drove the truck. Verbal conversation was held about the amount of rust and possible future failure. Customer came in and said they worked for a month and had another failure and he bought complete line assembly that are in the back seat and wanted them replaced then asked if we are going to charge for this additional work and I said yes additional work would cost more. He then left the office.
