On May 12, 2023 I was scheduled for a Lipo 360 and a BBL. I was very excited open to the day of the surgery when a pregnancy test was taken and it was positive. I wasnt able to get the surgery and they asked me or advised me that I had to wait three months to receive the surgery because I had to wait if I decided to abort a baby or have The baby. All my life Ive suffered with never feeling I was pretty enough or good enough or skinny enough and this is something that I really wanted and I save all my money for it. It took me a long time to decide and build up the strength to go through the process. Before leaving the clinic I asked, would I be able to get my money back? They said no but we can hold onto it until youre ready to have the surgery three months past and I decided I no longer wanted to go through with the surgery and I was scared, I begged for them to have my money back. They said they could not rewrite the contract and I believe I am *********** have my money back. I paid over $10,000. I still dont have any surgery done and no one has contacted me or even care to try and reschedule. Due to lack of empathy towards me and respect of my time I no longer wish to do business with perfection. They post post advertisements of postop work, and I dont like the doctors work I no longer wish to have that doctor operate on me. My wishes should be respected as this is my body and my life and my hard earned work money that they are holding onto. This is unprofessional, and I need an answer because I would like my money back. This is causing me very bad depression, anxiety and hardship in my life. I should be able to be *********** my money. I just spend my money where and how I wish to choose. I respect every business and I would appreciate it. Im respected my life is respected in. My decisions are respected.Initial Complaint

Im writing regarding my dispute with SQ *PERFECTION COSMETI billed on 06/14/2023 for $566.50. After a phone consultation the medical establishment sent me a quote on June 8th, 2023 in the amount of $3550.00. On June 14th I signed that quote (Exhibit A), they sent me the contract outlining all the information, my total for surgery and the deposit of $566.50. (Exhibit B) That same day they sent me a payment link to proceed with the deposit (Exhibit C).Upon calling to schedule my surgery they advised that a new contract would be sent because my contact information was missing. A new contract was sent with a new quote (exhibit D) the new contract was in the amount of $5509.00 after some undisclosed fees were added. As you can see on the document the new contract was completely empty and my signature was not present. I sent an email response inquiring on why an additional 2k in undisclosed fees, no response was given. (*********)On June 20th, I declined the Docusign for the new contract ************** June 30th, they fraudulently edited the original contract I had signed with new amounts that I never agreed to. This company acted not only fraudulently but illegally. The initial contract signed was voided as the terms and amounts signed and agreed upon were modified. They failed to deliver according to the terms of the agreement. They also falsified my signature in a new contract illegally. After many attempts they refuse to return my deposit or take any responsibility for the fraud that was committed. Sincerely, *******************************.Initial Complaint

I flew into ***** from ******* to have cosmetic surgery/liposuction with Perfection Plastic Surgery on Dec. 12, 2022 at a price of $10,250. I had full intention of doing the surgery so I signed all necessary forms. However, I did not get medically cleared and was not granted permission to do the surgery due to abnormal **** I do not live in *****, I left to go back home. As I didnt receive the service, I asked for a refund of which I was denied and instead given the option for clinic credit. The problem is that I do not live in ***** to be able to use this credit. Attached;1. Quotation from clinic 2. Doctors Diagnosis 3. Payment done in clinic 4. Payment over the phone 5. Payment done by phone with credit card Missing 1st payment. I can find it if necessary
