The body upon receiving the auto part has taken too long to repair vehicle the car was to go to paint Monday it did not they said the car would be ready today it is not now they are saying Friday they are not open on the weekends and next week is a holiday. As a result I have had to pay for car rental two weeks out of my pocket as the insurance rental was only 30 days. The quality and lack of professionalism is unacceptableBusiness response

The complainant should have a discussion with Honda. A major part of the repair was/is on national backorder. We were able to locate a damaged returned panel and proceeded with the repair. Once the panel was received, the down time was within industry standards for this type of repair. The insurance company and customer were kept in the loop the entire time. The insurance company also was looking for a usable panel yet were unable to locate the part. It was through our diligence that a useable panel was located, if not the car would still be here.
I have no control over vehicle manufacturers and parts production. We have several vehicles here with similar issues and are working with our parts partners to work through these issues.
