      ordered Operator grips and found out over a week later they were backordere3d, I changed order to Operator II grips which were cheaper than orginal order, Did fill out the form for RIA ambi safety . but they grips had to be adjusted which was an additional $15.00 Sent picture to VZ only to say it ain't their fault I want my $5 overpayment plus extra $15 I had to pay to correct their problem. VZ only offers 20% discount on NEXT order. lol. I was offered 15% discount by merely filling a review

      As I understand it the customer said he was contacted a week after placing the order and was informed that the grip was on backorder and was offered the option to wait or pick another item. This is well inside of our 14 business day terms in which he had agreed to at the time of checkout. I would like to note that the customer was in contact with us within 3 business days of placing the order so waiting over a week was incorrect. The customer then chose to change his grip to a different grip which did have a reduced price by $3.60. This amount is reached because he added a $4 option onto the previous grip which is standard on this one. Unfortunately we did make a mistake and should have refunded him the $3.60. The order was placed Thursday May 5th and shipped on Wednesday May 11th (5 business days later). The customer reached out on 5/12 to inform us of an issue with a cut on his grip. We then asked him to send a picture which he sent us on 5/13. The picture is a little blurry but appears to already show a modification to the grip done by someone besides us. In our terms we will not exchange or refund any grip that has been modified by the customer. Had the customer waited to hear from us before taking matters into his own hands we would have sent a return label to get the grip back and modify it if necessary. I can not tell you at this point whether the modification was missing or incorrect since we do not have a picture of the item before he cut it himself. We will not be refunding any money for modifications he had done by another company. Let me know if there are any further questions.
