This company was recommended by camping world in *********** because they do warranty work and they are a mobile service. I called and spoke to the owner ****. He reassured me yes they do warrantee work they know how to do it properly. He sent two techs to my house to take a look at my RV air conditioning. One of the techs brought his service dog. He was going to keep him in the car with the windows down and the temps. were in the high 80s low 90s easily that day. I offered that the dog could come into my RV because I have fans and theres water. He told me the dog was well behaved and listened, but the dog started running around my yard peeing everywhere. Mind you there wasnt even a service dog vest on this dog. The other tech mentioned to me that hes not supposed to bring the dog on his jobs and she doesnt know why the dog is there. So they look at my unit, they took some pictures, then go to camping world get the part and they come and fix it. They guaranteed me yes, this is going to be covered under warranty because you didnt mess with it. Fast forward to 2-3 weeks later, I didnt receive any paperwork, photos nothing about the warranty. I had to contact the owner **** multiple times to get photos and an itemized receipt. I go to camping world to get a reimbursement from *****. ***** informed them that these are not the correct photos they need to file a reimbursement. So camping world reaches out to the owner ********************* who states that those are the correct photos and lies to camping world that he wasnt aware that this was a warranty claim. Which he was aware because he told me on the phone that if it shows that I tampered with the unit then it wouldnt be covered. And then he goes on to talk about how so many times he will send his techs somewhere and people claim they dont mess with their units and then it shows that they have. This man is a liar and a fraud, and does not know how to do warranty work properly.Business response

This person called and asked.if we did warranty work. I asked her what type, and she responded that it was a new trailer. I asked what brand. I was informed.it was a Jayco. It them told her we can do Jayco warranty work, but that they are not set up to pay us directly and that she would have to contact them for reimbursement. I also told her that she may want to go ahead and contact ***** and let them know there is an issue, and that they would most likely send her an email explaining how to get reimbursed. We went to the job and diagnosed it to be a bad control board for the ** unit. (We could of done the warranty through Dometic, but that would of taken about 2 weeks to get the parts from them. I didn't even tell her of this option as they wanted it fixed then.) We did not have that part with us, so we went and got it and got everything up and running. She keeps saying I said something about tampering with it. That is something I don't say and have never said to a customer as we have never had a tampering issue. I don't understand why she keeps going to camping world regarding this, as they are not responsible for the payment, but she needed to go to *****. When she keep calling I told her I would look into it, but the issue I had was the name she kept giving me was not the name they used when they called in, which made it had for me to know what job we were talking about and what to send. All pricing was explained to the customer before we even get their information. I am really unsure what the issue is. The rv was repaired, and she was told how to get reimbursed. If she didn't want to pay out of pocket then she could of taken it back to where she bought the rv and they would of done the repairs probably with no cost to her. She chose to not go that route.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
he is continuing to lie. The problem is he and his employees did not do the warranty work properly. They did not provide the proper documentation. He lied and told me he wasnt even aware that it was warranty work and now he saying that he was aware. Which one is it either way this man frauded me and he lied. They did not explain pricing before, they did the work. I have security cameras and I will gladly go back and look at those. Also, my mom was there the exact same time his people were there. I dont know if he has dementia or what is wrong with him. I did not say that reimbursement goes through them. I have told this man multiple times different ways and he still not comprehending it. I understand I have to go through camping world to get the reimbursement from ***** and that is what we are all trying to do and hes not getting it. Hes not understanding and hes refusing to provide the proper documentation that they have been asking for.

I explain to everyone our pricing, even if it is a warranty or a extended service plan. I do that in case something is not covered that the person will know. If I told you I didn't know if it was a warranty, I may of made a mistake as I take 30 plus calls away and some do run together. In your case I may of gotten mixed up, as you are not using the same name that you called in with, or the name on the *** I have provided to camping world what I had.
I am resendi g all the information to ***** again.

Friday June 3rd, 2022 *1. REPLACEMENT OF THREE AIR CONDITIONERS JOB You can see from photos I have. [NEED ANOTHER LINK LG FILES] The existing grills do NOT COVER the same locations on the toy hauler ceiling each AC installation was put up on inside ceiling grill. Meaning he DID NOT MOUNT the New ACs in the exact, precise location. Meaning that the inside grill will have to be removed, the bolts/screws either loosened or removed, and the roof top unit moved in such a way the inside grill covers/fit within the ceiling trim. Needs to be corrected. *2. ROOF TEAR, when either removing the old unit or pulling up the new unit he cut the roof membrane. He attempted to patch the damaged roof as shown in photos [NEED ANOTHER LINK LARGE PHOTO FILES] with only a thin Tape Like Material. Quote for new roof membrane follows. Need his insurance to cover new roof. *3. DAMAGE TO THE REFRIGERATOR CABINET [ FRIG RECALL WORK] Included in my photos; [NEED ANOTHER LINK LG FILES] Damage is extensive to the Fridge Cabinet Frame using the drill. A hole in the wood frame & scraped drill tool marks. Need replacement of the trim to include the gap in the left side from top to bottom of Fridge.
