I hired Evolution Gutters to install 160 feet of NEW 7 inch aluminum seamless gutters, 16 feet of slash guard; and 85 feet of aluminum downspout, all in bronze.The job was set for Monday, Nov. 29, 2021, between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. I emailed the office at 12:55 p.m. to alert them that the technician had not shown, but shortly after my email, the technician arrived. He said he didn't have all of the aluminum to do the job, so I suggested that he wait until he had all aluminum. Eventually, he began to work.I showed him white blotches in the bronze of the installed gutters. The technician spray painted the discolorations and said the colors would blend as the paint dried.As I walked around and looked more at the gutters during the following week, I noticed the same blotches or discolorations on other gutters. When it rained, I went outside to see if the gutters were catching the water.I noticed that my front gutter had water streaming through it.I noticed that water was completely shooting over another gutter. Water was streaming through some of the other gutters, too. I was promised that water would be directed over my walk way, but it just settles under my front gutter.When I looked carefully at my gutters, I see the pattern of white blotches and discolorations. I had my original gutters for 25 years and they never faded or changed colors. Water never seeped out of them. The owner came out and looked at the gutters. He said that I requested the spray to cover the scratches. Not true. I didn't even know that the aluminum was scratched so badly. Because of my gutter's height, I couldn't see the condition of the aluminum. This job cost me $1, ******. I have been in South ******* for 35 years, and have done business with all types of companies, both male and female. This is the only one didn't even try to resolve an issue or acknowledge a problem.I would like my money returned because of the lack of interest among the owners.
