On 12/03/2022 ***** and ***************************** went to the house of ************************* to look at the 2019 ****** Versa SV Sedan he had advertised as a clean Title. My wife and I test drove the car separately and concluded that the car ran and drove just fine. Once we finished driving it we walked around it and asked questions about the door dings that it had and he said that they were in the reflection of the price because this would sell for more , I cant remember the amount that he said. We then specifically asked him if this car was ever in an accident and he replied No which my wife and I both heard otherwise I would have never purchased this car. We then proceeded into his office where we proceeded to fill out the paperwork and the Title in which I looked at very carefully because the damage disclosure thing had happened to me once before. We paid with a personal check in the amount of $13,045.00 and so the Title would be mailed to ** upon the check clearing. We might not have caught the Cumulative Damage on the Title but we decided to trade the vehicle in and the Dealership informed ** that this car had been in an accident bad enough that there was frame damage and then sold at Auction. I have since tried to reach out to ************************* through text messages and he does not respond whatsoever. Thanks ***** and *****************************Business response

When a Car Dealership or Broker is asked the question has this car ever been in an Accident and they lie and say no that is fraud when in fact the car was in an accident with cumulative damage . Since the Broker lied to ** we purchased the car in good faith taking him at his word and it wasnt till we received the Title in the mail that we found out that we had been lied to and deceived thinking we had bought a car that was accident free .
