This.Casino is ran by ****. I had a stroke in there after about 8 hours of playing blackjack they refused to cash my chips. That is absolutely dumb in these times. They never know what some crazy person will do. Like follow there employees home and get intel on them.Review from Charles C.

I arrived at 8 pm for a two night stay in a reserved Non smoking King Bed pool side room east tower. They notified us at check in that our room wasn't available and was given to someone else. The only room they had for us was a two queens smoking room that smelled horrible. Left this trip as a non smoker smelling like an ashtray. Very disappointed they would displace someone traveling from New York to Florida and pull a switch on the room at arrival. Never would I recommend this resort. The food was good and other services were satisfactory. Trip ruined when I was in a smoking area and not a King Bed we look forward too.

I'd give them no stars or negative stars if possible. Just a bunch of ******* ***** ****** **** ***** Customer support is absolute trash! They should not, and by law are not allowed to run a monopoly. They do and act on what ever best interest them with little consideration for customers. There's no competition so why would they act any other way!Absolute trash company all around!!!Review from Bob B

Black Jack Players attention- if you have ever read anything on Blackjack they make it plain for you not to play where there is automatic shuffle machine and not to play where the Blackjack payoff is 6 to 5 meaning if you get a blackjack with a 5 dollar wager the payoff is $6.00 as apposed to $7.50 . Not all of the tables are this way but it seems to be leaning that way- A real swing in favor of the casino. Come on governor - let the state offer some competition.Review from Steven A

Hardrock Tampa casino are a bunch of thieves, all they will do is steal your money all the time, do not go there and waist your money trust me. really bad people the manager is white and he is a racistReview from William K

On hardrock bets they stole my money On a +3.5 bet means team can lose by 4 or if they win game ticket wins..******** tells me this is incorrect 2nd ticket cavs to win 2nd half which they did and hardrock says nets won they some crooksReview from Troy A

I booked a couple nights stay at this hotel to start a week vacation. The casino floor management was so unprofessional, I was ask to leave the property, I said I will be glad to leave as soon as I get my belongings out of my room. Then they were like, ohh your staying here at the hotel, why don’t you just go upstairs, after I was complaining about a cocktail waitress take $100 bill and never bringing my drinks and change from ordering a beer. I am an Icon level gambler at the Hardrock and elite level at all casino’s. I asked the supervisor to just watch the videos and was told, we don’t spend the wasted time for people like me. I said ok, I walked upto my room, grabbed my things, walked out to valet had my car brought around, and I left and won’t be back. This is from a customer that spends hundreds of thousands at casinos every year.

Had 500 dollars swiped off my slot machine that I was playing went to the security lost and found they ran cameras back seen who took my money all they could say was you have to be more careful also they saw the couple change in my chips for cash also they stated they had exited on the orient road side of casino didnt replace my money or anything even though the money was stolen on their premises please be aware that they only care about you spending or losing your money
