I will not recommend anyone have to deal with them. I have surprise collection and still willing to pay . Staff is very rude and unwilling to help. I have never seen someone will reject someone willing ness to pay. I dont have job currently and still offered to pay in installment. ******** at the office is rude and unwilling to help or to find solution and company trust them to collect the money from the customers. They have ruined my credit score heavily for collections charges for apartment I rented in 2022. They have put charges in collection in 2024 which I was not made aware prior to departure. Not only that i learnt big lesson never trust any rental apartment . Chesapeake Apartment in Clearwater where you need to be extra careful in leasing and check out or you will be charged lavishly.Wishing no one has to deal with this type of unprofessional people but its unfortunate that I have to work this out somehow.Thank you to Google reviews for expressing our experiences.

ideal collection is trying to collect monies from me and my daughter i have never done business with this company this is a fraud and i would like for them to erase this off my credit report this is effecting my credit

***** at Ideal collection services was extremely helpful and professional explaining the pay to delete process to me, They delivered on their commitment in a quick and timely manner. Every issue was resolved with the three credit bureaus. ***** promptly responded to any and all questions I had .It was very gratifying to work with a company that delivered so quickly. I thank them for all their help resolving this account.

This company was a pleasure to work with. Danielle was professional, polite, always extremely responsive, and worked closely with me to resolve the issue over the course of several months. I am appalled by the abysmal accounting dept of Ideal Collection Services. I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this terrible company, & I can say without hesitation that it was an absolute nightmare. Let's start with the fact that I called Ideal Collection a year ago to get information on a collection from 2018. They promised to call me back but never did. Fast forward a year later, & I had to call them again to inquire about the same collection. After some back and forth, they offered me a settlement, which I agreed to. However, when I provided my bank account info, they made a mistake & used an incorrect bank code, resulting in my bank refusing the payment & then had the audacity to charge me $80 for there mistake, my bank confirmed. Yes, I put my trust with a well reputable bank over some 1 star crooks. When I informed the accounting dept. she got aggressive & was clearly BSing through her teeth. When I followed up a week later, I was given an ultimatum: pay by 12pm tomorrow or the settlement would be voided. Are you kidding me? After all the trouble I went through to make arrangements, they're threatening to void the settlement? They made 0 outbound efforts on there end! So she checks her call records & goes yeah we called you back in 2018, its 2023 lady, I have called you 5 times myself, inbound since last year to settle this! The level of aggression, rudeness, & sheer lack of professionalism displayed by Ideal Collections is absolutely appalling. Despite my best efforts to settle the account & make arrangements, they did nothing in return - no outbound contact, no heads up, no courtesy. I can't help but wonder if they would have left me in the dark again if I hadn't followed up. In summary, Ideal Collections is a terrible company with an atrocious accounting department and customer service. I urge anyone who has to deal with them to be prepared for a nightmare experience. Shame on you, Ideal Collection, for treating human beings so poorly.

Terrible collection agency. Get everything in writing as far as how to settle the debt. Got hung up on mid sentence. Any way to get at least a pending verification denied. I notice they respond to these reviews on here, I’ve read every single one. I am patiently waiting to see how they comment on a debt I paid in full to the bureaus. Terrible, the worst debt collection agency out there.
