******************* of Alto North America LLC was paid on January 27, 2022 for DJ services to be rendered on August 13, 2022. He confirmed the date and time over the phone on August 10, 2022. He again replied (via text) on the afternoon of August 13, 2022 when he was given specific instructions for entering the venue. He did not show up for the event. He has not responded to either of the 2 voicemails sent asking for a refund for the services that he was paid for. In his contract, it states that in the event that Alto North America LLC cancels an event, the retainer fee will be refunded to the party. He has not provided a refund or any correspondence.I have looked into it and it appears that he has a few other LLCs, phone numbers, and another address through ****** searches. Those LLCs have reviews from customers stating that he has also "no showed" their events as well.Business response
