      I have 2 driveshafts on my truck. 1 of them went bad. I paid 325$ to get it repaired. But instead of repairing the broken driveshaft they replaced the driveshaft the was not broken. They refused to fix the correct problem after I pointed their mistake out. They want me to pay all over again.

You came back complaining about your front Driveshaft and trying to demand that we give you $100 cash back saying we didn't fix the problem, we offered a store credit because we wanted to help you fix your problem out of courtesy, But you insisted you wanted $100 cash back like we did something wrong. At the end of the day we did our due diligence as best as we can to help you, and your store credit offer will stand until January 1st 2022. attached our paperwork for the record signed by you showing your repair request. no need to go back and forth we have you on video you did not want us to do the repair for the front driveshaft or take the store credit, you only demanded a cash. He is lying on me now and this is slander on my name. I didn't demand anything nor did I sign paperwork for them to fix fix something that wasn't broken. This makes no sense. His video at the shop will prove he is a liar. I would love to see the camera in court. I asked if he would like to just give me 100 to make it even because I already fixed the correct driveshaft. I told them that I would take them to court otherwise. That's not a demand. My truck has2 driveshafts,They charged me 325 for a driveshaft that was not broken. These are the facts. The broken driveshaft was very loud when driven. I told them (on camera also) that I don't know about driveshafts. I told them to find the issue. They didn't. Car was returned to me the same as I left it. And universal driveshaft owner has the audacity to blame me for his mistake and call me a liar liar on Google reviews. If issue is not resolved I'm prepared for court because this is so wrong. It is very bad business.
