I purchased online on 2/19/24, used a code the merchant provided "squatu" (@squatuniversity ******************************* well-known PT) for a 20% discount. I paid $108.76. (Visa).The business committed to providing a belt for training. After inquiring on February 26, the merchant emailed me on March 6th, my order #**** was on its way.On March 26, I emailed the merchant again asking when the breath belt would arrive. On March 27, I received this email along with pictures of belts. SHIPPING UPDATE :THE BREATH BELT SHIPMENT HAVE ARRIVED IN ********* AND HAVE CLEARED CUSTOMS, HAVE BEEN BOXED UP AND SHIPPED (Pics below). I HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED SOME TRACKING NUMBERS AND EXPECT MINE SHORTLY. MY MANUFACTURE REP EXPECTS ME TO HAVE MY TRACKING DELIVERY DATE BY TOMORROW I'LL PUT UP ON IG, AND BELTS WILL SHIP IMMEDIATELY SOON AS I RECEIVE THEM IN ** Hi *****!The wait is finally over! The upgraded **s finally in *** being shipped to me Please read the above shipping update. The delays have been tough for me as well as distributors and each customer. I'm just happy they are here so I can get your belt shipped asap and we'll be automated again THANK YOU for order, and for your patience as mine has been tested as well! All the best and feel free to reach out if you have any questions when your order arrives. I added bunch of videos below for usage as well as different populations/verticals using the ** ***** tracking # ********************** The merchant advertises on Instagram @thebreathbelt and ********* It's evident many people have not received and are not getting the product they paid for since December 2023 and January 2024. Today is April 6, 2024, and I have still not received the product I ordered. I have not heard from the merchant. I continue to see outrage on social media from customers who also have not received the breath belt. My tracking number has said the same thing for one month, a "shipping label was created in ****** NY, and **** awaiting the item."
