They advertised an introductory service in which they did not plan on providing. I paid $59 and confirmed the appointment twice and when I arrived I was not on the schedule. I have asked numerous times to be refunded since they did not have a provider available and have not had any response and have not been refunded.Business response

Good afternoon, My name is ***************************** and I am the Assistant Manager for The Right Spinal Clinic. We were not receiving the previous communications because the contact information was wrong.
About the issue with ************* I will to explain that we were taking all the possible steps to fix it. ************* was at the office 09/15/2022 and she was charge for $59.00 to get an Acupuncture session. For a mistake the appointment was not place in the right place and ************* was waiting for 1 hour for her session and she decide to cancel the appointment. We place a voided payment for the $59.00 because the transaction was not clear in our session, so we voided the payment. Our system shows that the payment was reimbursed to car ending in ****, the same that the patient gave us to pay the consultation. The patient was sending us message about that she was not receiving her money but our system shows that the payment was voided. I contact our system twice and both time they state the same. During the last call that I personally did, I was transfer to a second level agent and after and investigation they discovered that the system had a glitch and change the refund as a paper check or cash transaction even when the receipt said that was on the card. We received this information today, so I am trying to contact the patient to explain her and also to confirm the address to sent a paper check for $59.00, unfortunately she did not answer any calls, I sent her emails and messages and we are going to sent the check to the address that we have in our system, address that the patient provide at the appointment time back on 09/15/2022. Attached you will find all the supporting documentations. Please, let me know if its something extra that we have to do. Thank you and sorry for the inconvenience.
