My Family Gift to my a Pest Control For my Home only for One year service, and paid Cash $400.00 Dollars, the anual service cost is $ ****** and never back to me the $ 20 Dollars, To day I take the Equifax anual Information, and **************** Chart extra Money and put in my record a collection for $ ****** Dollars.I have 77 years old, Disable, I have paper from de Company signed for one year only and paid cash.I need to Erase the collection. Im retired, Low Income Not fluent in English. please help me.Business response

To whom it may concern, See attached documentation showing this statement from the customer is untrue and not valid. First, the agreement(section renewal) states contract renews itself unless either party cancels. Second another false claim from customer(see attached office note from 6/24/2021) our office contacted Mr. about $20.00 over payment. Customer stated he would come by the office to pick up the $20.00. This never happened and the $20.00 credit was left on his account. He also stated what a great job our tech did on service. This compliant is not valid and we will pursue all efforts to collect this debt for services provided.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: This paper Contract not have my Signature, only NR, I have 77 years old and not LEARN English, ************************** for me, And Keep the $ 20 Dollars, never give me, ******************** never tell me for automatic Renew", I PAID CASH $400 ONLY FOR A YEAR SERVICE. Also not give me a Invoice for $ 400 cash, In the top the attachment paper ( contract ) ***************** Accept I SPEAK SPANISH ONLY. "SPANISH SPEAKING FULL $400 CASH".

I am rejecting this response because: I not sign any contract, but not understand English, 4 time I was go in the company Office for the ************ all the Flying insect are inside my home, I contact Ms ******** and show the problem, And never make a better solution, This is not a ************* is a Bad, I contact the office and give information , Im Retired, Disable, A very Low Income, I Not have extra Money for paid a Automatic Renew Contract, and give Information , In these 06/12/2021 Agreement, is not my SIGNATURE, This $ 400 Dollars is a gift for my Family, I not have extra money for paid any, *********** is for a years only. Also not give me any INVOICE for full paid Service. In the Agreement BEGINS 06/21 and EXPIRATION Date 05/22 Date The others Service renewal not have any validation, THIS BOTON SIGNATURE IS NO MY SIGNATURE.
