Why is a 'plastics fabricating' company stealing debit card information and sending out "Weight Loss" bottles of pills and some foil packets of God knows what inside them, and taking $154 from my bank account for ... NOT weight loss tablets that I did not order, but the charge shows the same address and "Your Hair Loss Expert" but NO contact information, NO invoice, just money stolen from my bank account and weird products in the mail that I am terrified to open? I have NEVER needed weight loss products, I am a widow and so no one in this household ordered your shady unidentifiable products. I am considering taking it all to the police. The return address shown is Innovative Product Group, Suite *******************************************************************. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.Customer response

Fraudulent charge on my ************** account, billing screenshot is attached.
I have disputed this with my bank and they are investigating.

My company engaged IA to provide/install Acrylic material for a job in DC; deposit of $17,450.00. They are 5 months late from the original install date. We have called for updates and get nothing back. Their communication system is through a web-based email-only program. If you call, they never pick-up...and they NEVER call you back. We were originally told the delays were due to COVID. Then we were told the costs had increased (2x). After months of delays, we were told the panels were ready for shipment. I offered to fly to their location prior to final payment, so I could see the product; no response. The loss has cost my company dearly, in lost reputation and replacement costs. The company should be shut down by the States Attorney. One can only assume they have simply stolen the money.
