Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2022/06/06) */ Dear Sir/Madam, Ms.******, are cognizant of the fact, that we encountered tremendous difficulties with the untrust worthy Jamaicans whom we asked to faciliate our shipment. We have alaways represented our clients with extraordinary professionalism, but last year we dealt with gravely dishonest companies in Jamaaica who capitalized on the fact, that we are an American small who did not have any authority in Jamaica. Thence, they were able maciliously undermined my business when it arrived in Jamaica. This Satanic activity place my company at a serious financial disadvantage. We apologize for the unnecessary setbacks caused to Ms. ******. We shall look into the matter further for her. I shipped a barrel with hibiscus shipping to Jamaica I shipped a total of 8 barrels 6 was going to Kingston and two of which was going to Montego Bay the barrels has been shipped since December 8th of 2021 he advised the barrels would have arrived in Jamaica with in a week of it being sent. I paid 90 USD per barrel and 50 USD for picking it up. I also paid a total of USD 720 for the barrels to be delivered to my 2 auntie at separate locations. In Jamaica they're advising shipping cost were not paid and they're holding our goods hostage there. All fees were paid over and we're wanting issues resolved so our family can receive the packages that was sent. The owner mr. A. has not been forthcoming with the information on our packages and there are valuable things inside each container. Our family was supposed to have received it before Christmas and it is now January 19. Please review and have this issue resolved as soon as possible so our family can receive the items sent as we're trying to assist our family in Jamaica with the pandemic.Business response

On November 25, 2021 my barrels were picked up at my house by Hibiscus Shipping to be shipped to Jamaica. I paid $570 to ship the items, now the items are in Jamaica over 3 weeks now and I'm being told by the local agent in Jamaica that the shipper Mr. A. did not pay the freight charge so the customers are now asked to pay the freight. The local agent is now asking me to pay a freight charge of $400. When I reached out to Mr. A. he indicated that he did not instruct anyone to charge a freight fee. I am unable to get my shipment due to this internal dispute between the two agents. I am not getting any positive response as to how or when i will receive my shipment. The delay in getting my shipment is causing additional charges to be incurred for storage. Hibiscus Shipping need to inform me on how to proceed as i need my items.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/01/18) */ As the client Ms. **** mentioned, Hibiscus Shipping LLC has absolutely no authority over the decision making process in Jamaica. Many in the shipping in industry in Montego Bay, Jamaica engages in various types of dishonest practices. I did not ask my clients to pay freight. The companies in Jamaica is intentionally inflicting an unjust burden on my clients. I have reached out to the relevant authority to stop Caribbean Ocean Logistic manager Dean Osborne from persisting with this reckless and ethical practice. The matter is in the hands of such authorities and we are awaiting their adjudication on this matter. I am sure you will get many more of these complaints. We are profoundly regretful that this situation is taking place, because we trusted Caribbean Ocean Logistic and expected them to operate with integrity/accountability. It is my hope that good sense will supercede the impractical decision made by the parties involved.Initial Complaint

On November 5th 2021, we contracted this company to ship a crate and a barrel to Montego Bay Jamaica. They came to our house and picked up the load on November 5th 2021, however, 2 months later and we still haven't received our shipment. When we contacted the wharf in Jamaica, we were informed that the shipment has been there since mid November 2021, however, it is unable to handed over to us because Hibiscus is refusing to pay the fee to the wharf in order to have the container stripped. The owner of Hibiscus is refusing our calls and not being truthful about the situation. I need him to sort whatever issues he is having with the wharf in Jamaica so that the situation can be resolved.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/01/06) */ Mr. ****** ******** is not being entirely authentic and accurate in his elucidation of Hibiscus Shipping LLC. In fact, he knows that we were intentionally sabotage by Caribbean Ocean and their subsidiary in Jamaica, which is Reflow. I give Caribbean Ocean our items to ship to Jamaica since the 11-19-2021, to transport. Usually, shipment would be prepared to sail every Friday and arrive in Jamaica in approximately three to four days. Unfortunately, the owners of Caribbean Ocean fabricated a false narrative that they were not shipping any other commodities because Seaboard Marine warehouse was congested, and they instructed them that my agent needs to remove his items in order Caribbean Ocean to begin the process of getting my customers items to Jamaica. All of this was a misrepresentation of the truth. In actuality, it was plan developed in Jamaica to undermine my company and affect our productivity in the industry. They knew that the delaying of the shipment would create a negative respond from my customers and doth cause irreparable damage to my company. Consequentially, we are left financial incapacitated, because our items were left sitting in rental trucks which we had to pay for each day. Mr. ******** is an excellent customer. He became a victim of an elaborate scheme engineered in Jamaica to bring down an American Company. Where the item in Jamaica is concern, we are seeking to ascertain the appropriate information from relevant authorities. I am not certain of the circumstances regarding Mr. ******** commodities. However, I shall have my assistant validate the information concerning the Wharfage and release of the document. We do not have capable of paying for the last shipment, due to the tremendous lost we suffered by the doing of Caribbean Ocean company. We believe that fraud is committed against us, by them, and our customer is being made to suffer, due to the corrupt individuals in Montego Bay Jamaica who want us out of the importing business. We are just a small American business seeking to provide for our family.
