This business does not operate with a valid address. They claim to ship worldwide but collect no taxes. When you buy something after you pay they tell you itll be 6 weeks for delivery, but only after you pay. They were rude over the email but they have no phone based customer service or address. And they said they dont collect any taxes, that they dont have to. The reviews seem all fake, I beleive this may be a scam as well.Business response

Delivery timeframe: We understand your frustration regarding the delivery timeframe. Our estimated delivery time of 6 weeks may seem lengthy; however, it's explicit on top of all pages on our website and in the order confirmation e-mail. It is important to note that certain factors, such as production, customs processes and international shipping, can cause delays beyond our control. We apologize if this information was not made clear to you prior to your purchase. We are continuously working to improve our communication regarding delivery expectations.
Customer service: We apologize if you found our email communication to be rude when you got in touch to threaten us. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service, and we take your feedback seriously. We understand that email communication may lack the personal touch of phone-based customer service. However, we alternative customer support channels, including phone-based service, to better assist our customers.
Reviews and scam suspicions: We assure you that we are a legitimate business and take pride in our products and services. We value the feedback of our customers, and we encourage genuine reviews to help us improve. However, we understand your concerns about the authenticity of our reviews and we assure you that they're 100% real, many of them coming from our page on **** (which can't be falsified).
We believe that you discovered our brand through the recommendation of a satisfied customer or through various mentions and discussions on social networks and forums. We take pride in the positive feedback we receive and the organic growth of our brand through genuine customer experiences.
