Ordered reface of kitchen cabinets in May. Finally installed end of August. owner measured wrong, some doors were damaged, hinges on base corner cabinets incorrect and need to be replaced with proper ones. Called several times and told doors on back order in october. It is now Dec and I have called many times in the past month to ask where my doors and hinges are. I was told by owner he would check with installer to find out and call me back. I have not heard a word from him. I am livid. Cannot believe his discourtesy. I cannot fully open the base corner cabinets because the wrong hinges wre installed and the doors only open half way so I cannot get to anything in the back. I want repairs done and new doors installed to replace the damaged ones and the ones that were measured wrong.Business response

Hello, BBB, We signed a contract as stated and performed the work when was promised. However we discovered 2 doors were damaged in shipping. Those doors were submitted for remake when we were told by the manufacturer that this particular color was on back order because of supply chain issues. This has been resolved and the consumers doors will ship out tomorrow and will be here by Wednesday this week. This work shall be completed this week with all concerns corrected. Our Lead-Tech has contacted the customer to remedy any/all of the concerns!! We apologize for the delay and strive to make our customers 100% Satisfied.

7/28/21 deposit check written, work completed around that time.several calls have been placed to this business over the past 4 months regarding service call needed to correct cabinet door falling off the frame. no call back from business even after several calls to correct situation.no other recourse but to file complaintBusiness response

I have been in contact and visited the Kitchen work we performed at the residence. There was 1 door where I told the my customer that we would set it up for a service and fix. All set-up. We value our customers.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:**** will run out and collect his check, but he will not call you back unless you call and leave a bunch of messages. His crew comes out and does barely acceptable work, and then you'll never hear from him again, especially if there's a problem. We had a problem and called every few days for 4 months without a response. Then, I filed a complaint with the better business bureau and finally got a call back from him. 2 months later he finally came out to look at the problem, all the while stating "well, it's out of warranty now" until he decided to fix what his crew broke. Every one of the ****** was split by his crew, but only one door was eventually fixed. We cannot recommend this hack with his fancy truck. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

I set up the Service replaced the hinges not only on the one door he complained about and also removed and replaced every European Hinge to another product, calked and made them real happy on Tuesday October 11th. Now this man called me 2 times I showed up and subsequently did this work & more! His job is beautiful. I have an A+ BBB rating, I am a ************ Certified Contractor. My customers are my lively-hood.
