Contacted Tri-County Landscaping and Equipment Services aka ***** *** on Nov 21,2021 and asked if he was interesting on quoting installation of new fencing. On Nov 29th at 5:15 pm ***** *** came to my property. Received an emailed quote on Dec 3,2021. On Dec 6, 2021 texted Mr. *** to say I would like to hire him prior to leaving town for a week or so. On Dec 18th Mr. *** arrived approx 12:30pm to discuss fence layout. On Dec 21st Mr. *** texted me asking if I had received a revised invoice. Texted back that I had received the revised quote and was on my way to pick up some 5 foot fencing that Mr. *** was purchasing from me for another job. Received a text from Mr. *** on Dec 26th asking to come pick up a deposit check and to also pay for five 100 foot rolls of the fencing I had brought back to Florida. So on Dec 26th entered into written contract with Tri_County landscaping and equipment services to install new fencing and cross fencing of my 5 acre property. Paid deposit of $11502.02 for materials and was given a start date of Jan 6, 2022. I had contracted with STS Tractor Services to remove the existing fencing to coordinate with the installation of the new fencing which was completed on Jan 7th 2022. On the start date (Jan 6th) received a text stating he was behind, short staffed, no truck or trailer but did deliver some concrete and will be collecting materials over that weekend to be delivered on Monday Jan. 10th. No material showed up on the 10th. On Tues evening, Jan 11th, I returned to the property to find 5 poles put in. Since it was dark I did not get a look at them and texted Mr. *** to that effect. Copy of letter in supporting documents.
