I have a complaint against this the loaner company. I had the car for two years and a couple months I had problems with the car soon I as purchase the vehicle. I have been fixing every problem with the car as I got it. Around the second year having the vehicle I called the company asking can I just break the loan by offering the company $2,500 because I was putting more money in the car than what the car is worth but was denied multiple times for my request. I continue paying my monthly payments. I miss one payment and my car was towed September, 8, 2022 and the account for this vehicle has still been open since they came repossessed the car back. They never close the account never gave me a remaining balance of what I might owe on the car since it be repossessed. I called for people work and ask why the account this open when I dont have the car anymore they give me the around about bout everything and not a straight forward answer. Went to the dmv to tell the dmv I do not own the car anymore but I could not show proof because. The company did not send me a letter saying they repossessed the car from me. When I called the company bout that as well about the letter they lied and say they sent me a letter to my address saying I didnt sign it and sent it back to them so the letter came back we going to send it out again to my address when I never Received the letter in the first from the company and still havent received the letter by this day. When I been living at my address more than 2 years. This company as being causing me stress and suffering.

Gulf Coast Auto Credit debited my account for $300 after I filed for chapter 7 bankruptcy and the loan was discharged in September 2022. They are also still reporting the account as active and reporting it to Experian, Transunion and Equifax monthly. I had to get new bank account number. I called them regarding the issue the guy said have your lawyer call us . Hes been rude and they stole money from my account after being contacted by my lawyer about the discharge.
