on august 21, I called Crystal pools to tell them about the tiles in my pool having brown spots. it is now November 6, and I still haven't gotten anybody to come. I had a similar issue in a different part of the pool in June, and they came and fixed it in a couple weeks. To this day i do not know what they did because they claim the tile guy works independent of them and he didn't disclose what he did. I was not home at the time of that repair. I told them I would have to be present this time. I have called multiple times since then, went to the office in person on September 26, only to be told he will get to me. It is hard for me to get a call back from them when i call. I tried to talk to the owner instead of the service department but never got a call back. i am getting the runaround from them and need help getting them to get here to address the issue. I bought the pool last year, they started construction in about August and completed it in March 2023. I am supposed to have a year warranty on the pool and feel like they are dragging this out.Initial Complaint

I contracted a new pool construction with ******** Pools in 2021 with a Jandy salt water chlorine system. Within several months it became clear that the system was not producing chlorine. I contacted the service department and attempted to resolve the matter with the service manager as well as the Jandy manufacturer representative over the course of almost a year and tried every suggested remedy and after numerous conversations with (****) the service manager it became clear the system was not functioning properly and should have been replaced under warranty. After meeting with **** and the Jandy Rep. who examined the system personally I believed it would be repaired or replaced and after 8 months or so no action has been taken to resolve this matter.
