On June 23, this company did not provide the bounce house and additional premium items that I wanted for my sons birthday. They never showed up and I already paid $189.00 a couple weeks prior. Communication was great up until that point of my sons birthday, and when I asked for the status of arrival to setup, no response. When they did not show up at all, I asked for a refund, and no response again. Then it started getting fishy and could recoup the amount owed. I am extremely disappointed and hope they shut down. Do NOT do business with them.Initial Complaint

5/30/2024 I reached out to the business on ******** in regards to an advertisement that popped up for kids party rentals. When I asked them about the cost, they replied that they really dont have time for this and its literally just a $15 difference. I responded back and told them that their response was very unprofessional and we decided to go with a different company. So they responded back with profanity saying the following in the attachment.Initial Complaint

After talking with this business to book them for a party that was going to take place on Saturday, 7/29, we sent a deposit of $50 to them on Tuesday, 7/25. The deposit was sent via CashApp. We received no confirmation or acknowledgement of the deposit and were never sent a contract to sign. Between 7/25 and 7/29, multiple family members left the business multiple voicemails and texted the business multiple times to confirm the bounce house and chairs for the 7/29 party, and there was ZERO response. Finally, on the evening of 7/28, we had to call another company and book their services. When I requested a refund of the $50 deposit from CashApp on the morning of 7/29, that is the FIRST TIME that I finally heard back from the business, to tell me that the deposit is nonrefundable. In my mind this is a scam and completely unprofessional. If they could text me to tell me that they were keeping my deposit, why couldn't they have texted back or called back all the other times we were trying to contact them to confirm that they were going to show up for the party? I recommend people stay away from this company.Initial Complaint

Saturday May 27th 2023 My mother was supposed to receive a bounce house rental for my little brothers birthday. The business arrived to set up a male and female and immediately the customer service was horrible. My mother was paying via cashapp $150 and Apple Pay $80 and her phone died. They let us know they wouldnt set up without full payment. After some minor inconveniences, upon making full payments, female, mentioned she didnt want to even do the job anymore and drove off, almost hitting my mother with their truck and displayed the middle finger out the window. We began reaching out for a refund and have been immediately blocked. The police have been contacted. This business is very unprofessional. The employees and/or owners have very poor customer service and are scamming people.Initial Complaint

I rented a waterslide, table and chair and a snowcone machine for a birthday party on July 31st upon arrival the company said we don't have the items needed. They hopped in their truck and drove off. Implying they were coming back! Once I messaged an hour later looking to get information on a time the employees would be back they informed me I cancelled my party! Never once I did I cancel! They tried "resolving the issue" and they said they gave up my waterslide to the next family due to cancelation. They said they would refund my money and no money ever came back. I payed the company for the rental of a Bounce house for Easter Day at my dads house in Tampa Fl . They never showed up . All the kids were waiting on the bounce house I attempted calling the number and after several times they blocked me . Messaged them on the messenger and they didn't reply but blocked me . We booked a bounce house on November 27th 2021 for December 24th- 26th 2021. On December 24th they never came or called! I tried reaching out to them on Facebook and the phone provided on Facebook with no luck. They require a 50 dollar deposit but I went ahead and paid 100 upfront ( we have use this company January 2021 and December 2020 with no problems). I have been trying to reach out daily and they have totally been avoiding my messages or my refund request. I have proof of payment and their contract that they choose to break and steal money from customers now.
