**** rds of IMI ammo was purchased using Zelle. They said they never got payment however I sent 2 reciepts from my bank account, screenshots of their address on where to send money using zelle, my bank account showing the money was taken out. All they say is they never got it which is a lieInitial Complaint

I made a purchase from the Ammo Store Online on August 19, 2022 Order Number # **** Century Arms CETME Sporter 308 20 round Used trade-in Rifle # ***** $450.00 plus $30.00 Shipping A total of $480.00 They provided a tracking from a Kings Logistics intl.com tracking number ASO****KLI They are telling me that the gun shop has not received my gun because it is stuck in customs. The gun was shipped from ******* to PA. It was not coming from out of the country so it shouldn't be in Customs. I think the shipping company is also fake because they do not have a phone number. I can not find a phone number for either company. I have emails I can share.Business response

The client is demanded to be patietand he shall receive his package.
Our tracking partner is working towards that.
Let him be reading his emails or give us a call.
On the other hand, he shouldn't call a company fake without proves.

I am rejecting this response because: its been over a month and I have not received my package. They are saying its in Customs. The item was sent inside the ** it would not be trapped in Customs. I can not call them they have not provided a phone number. My emails are responded to without any actual facts. I paid $480 for an item and they are not providing anything in return.
