My boyfriend died in this complex, someone followed him home, the gate is always broke so it was easy for them to get in, also none of the cameras work, so they were of no help to the investigation. I would not advise anyone to live here. the property manager ***** is very nasty and rude, they refused to give me any of my money back for there negligence, they also proceeded to start eviction paperwork even though they got 3x the rent upon moving in. the apartment was full of mold and they kept painting over it, for the 6 months I was there my daughter kept getting ear and throat infections and they refuse to do anything about it, when you call the office they don't pick up and the property manager blocks you when there is a problem and you call her about it, the office staff is very unprofessional and once ***** tells them not to answer your number, you cannot get to talk to anyone. I only put 1 star because i cant leave it blank, they don't even deserve a half of a star.Review from Robert V.

Wonderful and polite staff that were always very nice and helpful. Beautiful apartments and excellent maintenance, we put in for a maintenance request and they were there to fix the issue within an hour. I highly recommend this Apartment complex and have been living here for 5 years now, so happy we found such a beautiful and well kept property. ??????Review from Kelly G

I wish I could leave 0 stars. Don't get me wrong nice apts. They will give youa chance if your credit is sub par. With that being said, we resided with them for 1 year. Never late on rent not once, we gave them no problems, gave them a 60 day notice that we were vacating the premises when our lease was up. We were in such good standing they even gave us our deposit back, now you and I know that doesn't happen very often. Now here's the thing, upon us leaving they hit us with some bs bill for $.117.00. Before we even left we paid their bs bill and we have **** money order receipts of date, payment and even proof of them cashing the money order. These a holes sent it to collections. Even with the proof of payment and proof of them cashing it. Now they are denying it was paid. It's impacted our credit negatively and they refuse to respond. This is a bunch of bs. I will leave a 0 star negative review on every platform I can possibly find every day untill they tell the truth.

Good morning, after reviewing the file, ledger, move out statements, and pictures of dwelling when **************** and ***************** vacated the dwelling. We noticed that their lease commenced on 08/16/2019 and ended on 08/31/2020. **** were never returned surrendering possession of the dwelling in fact on 09/15/2020 we received an email stating **************** and ***************** had vacated the dwelling on 08/31/2020. The unit was not left in acceptable conditions. I have tried to upload the notice to impose along with the ledger, pictures at move out, lease and invoice for the carpet before and after they moved out. Please let me know on how or where to send the proof of the resident owing the $117.50. Also, the notice to vacate did not have a forwarding address so we had to mail it to the last known address. This is very common when a resident moves out which delays their security deposit...Review from Jospeh C

I have just read the other complaints and have to say that I am shocked. My experience is completely different. I moved in at the end of last Summer and had a great move in experience and continue to have one. If I ever had an issue such as My AC not being cold enough, maintenance addressed it immediately. If I ever need anything from the Main office and Mariana Perez, the property manager, is there, she goes out of her way to help me out. Never has cut off or been short with me. The pool is always clean and I see the pool guys come several times a week. The premises are nice and quiet and when I moved in I got new carpeting, paint and flooring in the kitchen and living room areas. If you are nice and talk nicely to people that's how you will be treated. I highly recommend living here and dealing with Ms. Perez.
