My response is simple there was no structural issue with the place she let a company come in and talk her into adding something that didn't need to be there. And then acted as if I did a poor job

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
If he actually crawled under the house when he did the home inspection he would have noticed that there was no floor under the shower for any support, .Also the house was 1/2 inches off, because of no support under the floor from the dining room to the laundry room, where most of the weight is and no support under the living room floor. Then why did he try and talk me into him doing lag bolts and carriage bolts through the wood beams under the house which would have cost $500-$700,That would NOT have solved the support issue. When LRE came in they did a full inspection underneath the house, and saw no supports, and noticed no floor under the shower which is a safety hazzard, i could have fallen through the shower floor and got seriously hurt .

We hired Homewize to do a complete home inspection since we lived in Las Vegas, we could not see anything first hand except via video. The inspector missed 3 rotted cabinets bottoms and shelves covered in mold in 1 the bathroom, 1 in the laundry room, 1 in the kitchen. He also missed an entire washing machine covered in mold, and a shower head that is mobile and moved away from the wall. There are multiple lights in the family room that have exposed wires and hanging out of the ceiling, none of these were documented. We moved in to find that we have thousands of dollars in repairs that we could have had fixed by the seller if we would have known before hand. The entire kitchen sink pulls out from the island and is not anchored in any way.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/12/15) */ I would like to respond by saying some of these issues may be legitimate and some of these I know not to be legitimate. I have pictures of every cabinet interior and there is no rotten areas and no mold. The sink might have been removable and for that I apologize for missing. There are not thousands of dollars in repairs of the things that you claim that I missed. In anyway I can help resolve securing the sink and repairing light fixtures were you say there was wires hanging out and I know that not to be the case but I'll be willing to help please let me know. I would prefer a call 863-292-1450. I have been doing this for 10 years and have never had a negative response. I understand your disappointment and I'm willing to help. But I know I do a thorough and good inspection. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2021/12/17) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) The entire bottom of the kitchen sink cabinet is bubbled and was wet with black mold. There were no pictures of the underneath of the sink sent to us nor were they in the report. There were 2 separate light fixtures hanging out of the ceiling. We have since found 2 more sinks leaking water that were not included in the original either. We have found multiple hornets nests as well that had been there and not reported. The washer was covered in mold. Bug infestation was also found that was not reported. Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2021/12/20) */ Yes there were several plumbing leaks and when the report states that the buyer is supposed to hire a plumber to come in and correct these items and any others that might be plumbing related that is the way this works. There was very subtle water damage to the cabinet but nothing was rotten. Nothing needed repaired from a structural integrity standpoint. A beehive was noticed outside however this did not affect the attic space or the living space. And it was bees not hornets. Because the washer had not been used and more than likely several months there might have been some mildew inside of it. But that is easily corrected with a little bleach water. These few things that you're referring to certainly does not add up thousands of dollars of repairs. I certainly pointed out several things that did need thousand dollars of repairs . I'll ask again I will try to help correct some of these things if you would just give me a call that is the decent thing to do 863-292-1450 I'm tired of this nonsense through narrative. I am offering help and you are refusing it. Consumer Response /* (4200, 11, 2021/12/21) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) We clearly want a refund. You never mentioned anything about the electrical issues, the toilet near the front door does not even flush. The items that were missed will cost us $3000. We hired you to do a thorough investigation. This was far from complete. We want a refund. Business Response /* (4000, 14, 2022/01/05) */ I would be happy to give you a refund if you would provide me with pictures and invoices of things that had to be repaired that you say that I missed. You can email them to me. As long as they had to be repaired and they are not upgrades. That would be specified on the invoice Consumer Response /* (4200, 16, 2022/01/08) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Here are my receipts for the 2 outdoor fans that did not work at all and for the kitchen light that had a bad receptacle, as well as the light in the bathroom that did not work. None of these were caught. Business Response /* (4000, 21, 2022/02/10) */ Even though the information you provided does not warrant a refund I am willing to offer a refund just to put this to bed. The price for my service was $500 150 of which was for the four-point inspection and wind mitigation . Therefore I am willing to offer $350 transferred electronically through***** please provide information needed. I hope this is acceptable Consumer Response /* (2000, 23, 2022/02/10) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) ****************************** is my******. $350 is fair.
