Ive have been treated by this provider since 2018. They have all of my medical insurance information. My secondary insurance pays all of my copay balances for every visit to all physicians. This facility has been paid by my secondary insurance in the past. I just received the FIRST and only bill since 2023, consisting of unpaid copays, along with threats to send my account to a collection agency. I never paid the copays at the time of my visits because they are covered by my secondary insurance. This arrangement was previously approved by the office, and on a number of occasions the office did submit them to my secondary insurance and payment was made. I have tried to resolve this situation once and for all so I can continue being treated by them. Each time Ive made direct contact with the billing doctors office- including resending multiple copies of my secondary and tertiary insurance information. No matter how many times Ive given them information that IS ON FILE in their office, I still receive bills and collection threats. Ive even provided a direct FAX number to submit the claims to my secondary insurance for immediate payment, but they ignore it. Ive written to the OWNERS AND MANAGERS of the practice regarding this, and *** never been contacted- still receive bills and threats. I contacted the office manager, who was able to rectify the situation in the past, and she states that I owe the money, according to a signed payment agreement. *** TRIED TO RESOLVE THS ISSUE SINCE 2018. A precedent was set when they accepted this and received payment when they submitted it. Once again, this issue needs to be resolved once and for all. I need treatment that I cant get due to their ineptness-I dont want to have to deal with this every time I receive treatment. It needs to be acknowledged and resolved, which they are refusing to do.Initial Complaint
