I ordered 2 chairs on Cobbe Household on Aug 24 2021 for $81.85, and fully paid it upfront. I received an email confirmation from the vendor as soon as I placed the order (attached). I replied to this email, asking for tracking information and a delivery date on the order, and received a response (attached) on 07-Sep-2021, at 13:40, from Customer Service, which contained the name of the logistics provider (YANWEN LOGISTICS), and a site & number to track the shipment at (SY14112480726). The mail also contained the contact details of the vendor at the bottom (Antonia Mac, Senior Customer Service Representative, Cobbe-Household, A: 4817 Star Trek Drive, Youngstown, FL, 32466, W: https://cobbe-household.com/, E: customerservice.master@cobbe-household.com) The status on the tracking portal shows that the Shipment had been delivered to destination country on 9/5, but is unchanged since then! I have written to them many times since, but stopped getting any response. I now have no other means to contact them, hence requesting that you mediate, and help me get the amount refunded. I have attached images / pdf files containing their emails, tracking page, and my payment transaction from the bank. Please help. Thank you.
