I was given an estimate of **** and 2 dry wall holes to be repaired they were 25 dollars each on top of the **** I was fine with that but after the painters were there they did not have enough paint to complete the work and charged me another 600 for a 3rd coat in my living room I have photos of the second coat and you can still see the paint not covering the original paint I only agreed to paying the extra because I was at my job and my mother and father were at my house as the work was being done they are in there 70s and the painters had them call me to ask for the extra money this happened on 11/29/22 the painters showed up with a small bucket of paint and touched up the areas while also missing one section at this time I would like at least a 1/2 refund of 300 dollars mailed to me due to them not having me sign anything for the additional cost and the estimate being off by hundreds of dollarsBusiness response

In response to the complaint from ***********************:
The customer claimed that we charged him too much for the additional coat that was needed to properly cover the walls, which was $600.00 additional to the original quote. He thought that we only bought 1 additional gallon of paint and charged him $600.00, when in fact we bought 4 additional gallons of paint. The additional $600.00 covered the additional labor for the 3rd coat of paint. Once we sent him the receipts from his job and he saw that we didn't only buy 1 additional gallon of paint, he said it was fine.

******* Painting completed painting the full exterior of my house in February 2019. I paid well over $2,000. Upon completion I looked over the whole house. Everything looked fine. A couple weeks later, I noticed the shutters above the garage were overlooked and not painted. I began calling monthly on a routine basis requesting they return to paint the shutters. I was first told the crew that painted my house no longer works there so there's nothing that can be done. I received one excuse after another. The office contact then became rude and would just hang up. I finally gave up. I was then told I should contact The Better Business Bureau.Business response

We do not have any record of the customer calling the office, so we do apologize for that. We will be happy to send out the warranty guy to paint the shutters that were missed when we finished the job on 1/29/20.
We will call the customer to set up a time to have him come out.
