On August 26, 2021, I took my car to be cleaned at Miyagi car wash after subscribing to a monthly membership for my brand new ***** XC90 purchased ** June 2021. A team of people cleaned my car. As I was leaving one employee, the only woman working that day, wanted to finish up in the back and sprayed some more cleaner on the mid/rear passenger seat and wiped them down. Upon my arrival at home that afternoon, I noticed a stain on the mid/rear passenger captains chair. I documented the stain and thought I should wait a day to see if it was still there. the next day the stain did not go away. I attempted a mild cleaning and reached out to Miyagi Car wash via their feedback on their website and left a message on the business phone number. I received an email and phone call on Sep. 1, 2021 from the business in which they attempted to resolve they issue with a subsequent cleaning on Sept. 3, 2021. I agreed and went back for another cleaning which only made the problem worse.The owner, ******, then agreed via text to replace my seat and to get and submit a quote. I did that on Sept. 16 and submitted to him 09/20/21. ***** has ordered the seat and Miyagi car wash has yet to pay after confirming the receipt of the quote and telling me their accounts payable would process on 10/15/21. I am still waiting for their check and they are no longer returning my texts or emails.
