      The business has horrible practice with cash posting and accounts receivable. They have uncredited management and employees posting cash while also billing. They have large amount of credit outstanding on an unsecured platform.

      I am the Controller and have been with this company since its inception in 2012, I can state in clear terms we follow all GAAP accounting principles, work closely with our CPA's and undergo an extensive audit each year with outside CPA firm confirming in a written Independent Auditors' Report that we are in good standing in all procedures and processes.  I am puzzled how this individual could come to this conclusion since she did not have access or an understanding of how our accounting is done or what if any credit we have in place.  She worked for us from 6/19/23 until it was mutually agreed that it was not working out and she resigned 8/30/23.  For the record thou we are financially sound, positive cashflow and have secured credit facilities in place.

      I purchased a brand new *************** home in Feb 2022. In December, I contacted the *************** warranty department (via email) about multiple issues with my home. In that email, I stated I was having Plumbing issues with one toilet upstairs, which has seemed to always be sensitive. Now it has decided to maintain a low water level, and barely flushes at all. The other company, who managed the other issue in that email, contacted me in less than one week. They promptly scheduled someone to come out and address the concern. I NEVER HEARD FROM HALLWAY. With concerns that the warranty would run out soon, along with plumbing issues WORSENING, I tried contacting them on my own. I called at least 3 times, and I left one voicemail. Of note, nobody is able to tell you the number for the ** branch. They are only able to transfer you, and nobody answered there (**)... NOT EVEN ONE TIME. Obviously, nobody ever returned my voicemail either.Eventually, ALL THREE TOILETS IN MY HOME WERE CLOGGED. I called two more times in April 2023. NOTHING. On 5/9, I called again and was transferred to the ** office. I spoke to ***** there, who tried to transfer me to ******. ***** said she was the one for my concern. She was unavailable, of course. I called back & spoke to ***** again, who said she would pass my info to ****** herself. Nobody called.I called again on 5/10, and left yet another msg. Today is 5/16, and of course I haven't heard from a single soul. I would really like to know why the hold recording says anything about "first-class service" or treating customers like family, because this "service" is absolutely disgusting. Clearly, this company only cares about their *************** contract. Certainly not individuals or doing quality work! I am a single mother who worked my **** off to buy a new construction home, simply because I can't handle the stress or cost of major repairs. Instead, I am now considering selling this beautiful house, thanks to the CRAPPY WORK BY HALLWAY PLUMBING!
