My contract with Mr. ************************* was 9/21/23, he presented his business card to me as the owner of RX Roofing LLC and also as a contractor. The business address on his card is *************************************************************************Because ************** had done such poor work and refused to paint the 2 rooms and the inferior workmanship of replacing my wood floors, he agreed to replace the floors again, but never did. I paid him $3,200 and I paid for the wood separately. ************** did not give me the full warranty. I paid for CertainTeed Landmark, color Georgetown which is a 30 year warranty. I received the warranty on 2/14/23 after persisting. This tells me if he owns this company, the warranty would be automatic. After many attempts of asking him about the room painting, wood floors, chandelier and osmosis system I realized this was a scam and he is a con man. In May I started to investigate him, he never presented a business license, I believe he is not the owner of RX Roofing LLC, nor a contractor and the address is actually a Super Staples store. I have recently seen online that he is now posted as a project manager. He uses nonprofessionals, and immigrants to do the roof, for example people he knew to lay wood floors, hanging my chandelier and installing an osmosis system. I was nearly electrocuted cleaning the chandelier, no cover on the electrical tape.I paid $300 for both on Oct.28, 22 and $225 on Nov 5, 22 a total of $525 which does not include the products. Travelers Ins. paid ************** $1,766.93 to paint the 2 rooms that were damaged and still damaged. ************** is misrepresenting himself as the owner RX Roofing LLC and contractor. He has frauded the insurance company and me and he needs to be stopped. Total out of pocket is $5,491.93 to replace the above items, not including the 30-year warranty which he should do.
