They worked on my *********************** Jul 2020 according to my rcpt.The seat was cracking/splitting again in Sep 2022.I thought the work would last longer than 2yrs 2mos.SEP 22 27 I drove over.**** said h*** see what he can do & hes been swamped with work & will call me in a few weeks.JAN 23 3 He never called, so I called to follow up. G advised me to send him photos of the type/color of leather that was used.5 I called. I was told G is on vacation & will be back on Mon.13 I called. I was told * was out to lunch.17 G advised he received the photos.20 His secretary(***) said G wasnt in.She said h*** come in later after he does some things. I asked for him to call me when he comes in. She says he has my number.31 I called & * said that no repair he does has a lifetime guarantee.(Its only lasted 2yrs 5mos)He said I have to make an appointment on a Tu or Wed.FEBRUARY 2023 6 I made an appointment for 12:30pm/14Feb.He said that will be good, because he comes back from ***********:30pm.14 I got to my appointment at 12:30pm.* said he thought I was coming earlier & that he has a dentist appointment at 2pm. He said he doesnt know if he can get to it before he leaves. He took my car around back to his shop. He got it done.15 WTH! I noticed the stitching/seam is not inline with the passenger seat.16 9amI called.I asked to speak to G.His Mom said he went to the bank.She asked is there something wrong with the work that was done?I told her about the seams not lining up.She said it sounds like I Am Hard To Please. I said I just want it done right.1pmI called again & was told G is out with *** picking up furniture.3pmI called again & G said he worked on replacing the seat cover at the goodness of his heart. He said he looked at the ************ was nearly 3 years ************ gives a warranty for 3 *********** not going to work on it anymore & hung up.The Way I Was Treated: I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN FOR ANY FUTURE PROJECTS!
