      I went to withdraw $500 from a cardtronics ATM inside of a ****** * that did NOT dispense my funds. I called the 800 number on the machine as the manager advised that of course the machine belongs to a third party. After waiting over 25 minutes, the gentleman asked for my name once and the transaction ID once...which he quickly then said that he couldn't find. He said that I have to call my bank and do a dispute for a charge back because there is nothing he can do. I am almost 100 percent sure that he was just clicking his fingers briefly to ACT like he was even really entering my information. I then called the scam bank VARO to dispute the charge and advised them that they have a camera that can clearly show I received no funds. They denied my claim in 15 minutes and said that I needed to provide the video. I was told to get a copy of the video (which would need a subpoena btw). I contacted CARDTRONICS again and the lady asked me 3 questions and told me the same thing as the man the night before. Mind you, this $500 was for rent!! I'm filing with small claims court and of course closing the VARO account.NEVER AGAIN.#TRASHCOMPANIES#BEWARE....RUN AWAY!

      BEWARE!!! Cardtronics should be charged & jailed for Robbery/Theft/Fraud. I used their ATM located in my local ****** ******* *****. I attempted three separate withdrawals of $300 I needed to take out for my rent. The first two transactions went through successfully…However, the third withdrawal in the amount of $300 NEVER dispensed ANY money & showed an onscreen message stating that “The time allotted was exceeded” therefore the money was “Retracted”…..which is false because it NEVER dispensed my $300….Yet the receipt states I received the money and it was taken out of my account!!! I immediately called my card company to dispute & then called Cardtronics Customer Service. Cardtronics admitted to their records showing that the money was Retracted (although the money never came out in the first place) however, didn’t give the same info to my card company during the investigation. It has been two months and I’m Disabled on SSI fixed income so now facing extreme hardship from them literally robbing me of $300 of my rent money!!!! I demanded that they give me a statement in writing admitting that I never received my $300 & They claim that they’re going to “Try”??????!?!!….basically been getting the runaround for two months while they get to keep my money….how is this Legal??!!! Where is my money!!! They literally stole from my SSI so that’s not only stealing from me but also the Government…This is wrong and Criminal

      CARTRONICS tiene EL PEOR servicio de Customer Services que he conocido. El agente fue ABSOLUTAMENTE GROSERO, no me explico el procedimiento y me dijo que iba a discutir conmigo y que le reclamara al banco. EL cajero ATM Citi ubicado en 10701 NW 41 St, Doral, FL 33178 no dispensa el dinero pero si te da un recibido indicando que te dio el dinero y hacen el debito de tu cuenta. En mi caso es una cuenta de Doordash asi que no tengo banco a quien reclamarle, y Doordash tampoco se hace cargo porque para ellos el dinero ya se debito. Es decir nadie responde y ATM ademas tiene al PEOR personal del mundo.SON UNOS IRRESPONSABLES Y LADRONES.

      I used a Cardtronics ATM in November of 2023 and it reset while I my money was trying to dispense and the machine cut off completely and did not dispense my $500 I was trying to get out and I have not been refunded as of May 21,2024 they just email me about it in February saying that I would be reimbursed but haven't received it and the customer service is awful and very rude.

      I used a cardtronics ATM inside ****** @ 410 Chestnut St Carnegie PA 15106 as I have dozens of times and attempted to withdraw $400, the machine continued making the sound as if it was counting the money to dispense for nearly 90 seconds only for it to not give me any of my money yet it gave me a receipt stating it dispensed $400 then went to a rebooting screen. There are several cameras within the Get-Go which clearly shows the entire ordeal and clearly shows no money was dispensed. I was /still being given the runaround nearly a week later by both cardtronics and chime trying to get my money back! When I went in and spoke with the manager of ****** and they pulled up the video within a few minutes and said it clearly shows exactly everything I just said! So why do I still NOT have my $400 back?

      Company is full of liars. Won't get in contact with my bank about funds that withdrawn but never received. Gave a case number and said the ATM has a camera and today saying it doesn't. Hope they all burn in ****

      We processed a credit to the cardholder on 4/30/2024 and sent an email to the cardholder notifying him of the credit.  Timing for processing of the credit depends on the cardholder's financial institution, but generally occurs between 5 and 7 business days.

      Similar problem as most of the other reviewers. $280 Fremont. Neb. They admitted something was wrong with the dispenser but still to call my card issuer for regulation E

      I used the ATM machine in *** in Sumter Sc .. I requested $300 in dispensed $100.. charge my bank for 300 and now I’m out of $200.. This is ridiculous.. I want something done about this

      I went to to the ATM in knoxville, TN off merchants I did not receive my money $60… tht $60 put me from getting my car out the shop…From me not making it to work and I’m not able to get food for my children and this happened right before a snow blizzard…I will be showing this to my lawyer so he can contact the ppl on the reviews to open up a class action lawsuit…Please email me At ***** ******** ** ***** its all one word..I will meet with the lawyers Feb.9 to give him my complaint and others!!!

      I've been fighting with this company to give me back $400.00 their ATM DID NOT DISPENSE! it has been 2 whole months!!! I'm asking all our local CVS to pull the machines as they ALL have issue. I have contacted our local news action lines as well. We need to file a Class action lawsuit!
