I have accounts with both **************** The ********** is a breeze to work with, however, *** ** is proving to be the complete opposite.I have collected about ******* points with *** ** on my **** card ending ****. Just like most other people, I use my points for travelling. We have been dealing with a pandemic 2020 & & 2021 which made it impossible form e to use my points. Nobody was traveling and I didn't feel safe to do that. Life is also busy. I have many bank accounts and credit cards. I do not track every single bank account every single day. All of us are too busy for that.You put your trust in a bank and next thing you know is not only they do not help you in times of need, but they steal from you? That's $5,000 USD worth of points that *** has stolen from me. I have been a loyal *** ** customer for many many years.... In the last 5 years alone I have spent over $700,000 on my **** card alone and have deposited a lot of money into my bank accounts. **** charges about 3% from merchants which means they have made $21,000 ONLY on my **** purchases. What does *** do? instead of thanking me for my loyalty they steal my $5000 in points which were my money trusted in their hands. And then they use their points expiry as an excuse as if they actually expire.Points do not expire in ********** so you don't expect them to expire in the **. Same bank. so it blows my mind, how *** ** looks for excuses to not pay what it owes. Now if I owed THEM money it would have been a very very different situation as we all know. They would enforce all sorts of fees and penalties.I have been happy with **********, and I hope *** ** rectify this situation and give me back every single point that belongs to me and I shall keep my business with them. Otherwise, that $700K would be spent with another US bank in the next 5 years AND I would avoid **** at all cost.Initial Complaint

*** CLAIM ***** This claim was not for the purpose of being authorized or unauthorized. I returned the merchandise to gamestop, and they did not refund me. Please call me regarding this as I provided proof of all items being returned, and was not refunded. I cannot understand how your bank fails to process such **************. I am due a refund my gamestop, they did not provide it to me after I returned the merchandise. Nobody is complaining this is unauthorized.
