Be advise I paid the owner of infinity business solutions $750 dollars on March 2, 2022 to transfer my LLC into a corporation and to set up business trade line for my business LaNayas perfect Touch I never received any proof of that things I stated above. I text her and emailed her several times and she said that she was working on it or said she has already done it but never received any proof. I asking for a refund due to the delay and never receive proof of what I paid for and I am no longer interested in her services. In addition she cant show proof of the work I paid her for but can post Birkin bags on social media.Business response

************** reached out to me on my personal Instagram page(mrseatent) initially on 2/20/2022 requesting information about establishing business credit, she was a prior client that won a contest and i provided her with FREE personal credit restoration services, I quoted her a fee of $750 to add three net 30 trade line accounts to her business to assist with establishing business credit(see attached),set up her **** number(see attached),and complete the application process to convert her LLC into a corporation (see attached application),No contract was signed between Infinity Business Solutions and *********************** as this was a very informal arrangement that was established between us on my personal page.
On 3/3/2022 ************** advised that she was ready to start building her business credit, she cash app'd $750 as agreed upon for the following services completing the application process for the conversion of her **** LLC into a corporation, adding three net 30 accounts to her business EIN to assist with establishing business credit, and getting her **** number all of which has been done.
************** provided me with her EIN number via a screenshot (see attached and a copy of a unregistered authorization from the secretary of the state of **** for her LLC(please see attached),ALL information associated with Lanaya's Perfect Touch was sent to the email provided which i have on record as ******************************************. i was not aware that ************** had not received any emails in regards to her log in information for her net 30 accounts until May 17th when i was out of town with my daughter at a cheer competition, at which time i advised ************** that i was not in a position to talk, to check her email because the accounts were set up using her email address, She reached back out but not in reference to the trade accounts, ************** was transitioning from **** to Georgia, and at this time was requesting information about needing my assistance with getting a home in Georgia with her section 8 voucher for she and her children, and a job from a surgeon i personally know. I sent her information on housing several times to provide resources There was no mention of anything related to the previous business at that time, and i waived all fees associated with mentoring and coaching her for months. ************** was fully aware that i charge for mentoring and coaching as evident of a prior dm sent on my business page(see attached).
On 5/21 ************** sent me a message stating that she was kicked out of her mothers home and would not be ready to do get back to discussing business until the first week in June(see attached),************* reached out to me to discuss the trade line information and was given a link to my booking site to schedule an appointment on 6/9(see attached),as i explained to her i have over 800 clients but i was personally trying to handle her case because she needed the extra guidance, I wanted to be sure i could allocate the time to go over everything with her, ************** never booked an appointment to discuss, please note her availability was always after 6 because she started a new job, however i was still willing to accommodate her after hours to actually show her how to access her accounts6/13 she texted me and i told her that i would call to find out what was going on with her accounts as the information she should have received months ago was time sensitive, I also told her to send me her new address information because she moved from **** to Georgia and may have missed something in transit she provided that information on 6/15,at which time i provided her with some additional information on needing to file for a foreign exchange because her corporation was still an **** Corporation if she was to conduct business in Georgia and needing a sales use tax permit if she would be selling products(see attached) .On 6/17 ************** texted messaged me to call her, and also went on my personal ******** page after i posted a picture of myself praising me how i was a great stating" i was a bomb business coach" and on 6/18 she sent me a message via the BBB site and a few hours later she filed this complaint.
After submitting this complaint against my company ************** and i exchanged several text messages as she went on my personal ******** page, read a post and started posting threats about me in regards to this matter, she quoted " word for word",comments made on my page saying if" i touched her she would kill me",and to "watch yourself sis myself", she also quoted a response referencing herself as the person her exact words " she said i was dumb as a door knob" which was a direct comment i made to a friend of mine on my page, ************** internalized a personal post and was responding to the comments on my page by quoting word for word what was on my ********
page with direct responses on her page, I knew ************** followed all of my pages personal and business but i don't follow back and I have never discussed,referenced,nor directed anything towards this young lady this was a business matter that i knew i would be able to handle amicably through the BBB,I reached out to ************** and told her i was aware of the threats and i would be reaching out to the authorities because i do not take threats about my life likely, I also told her to delete and to unfollow me on all platforms, I did however saved all screenshots as evidence to provide to law enforcement. Additionally her mother texted me on 6/19 and referenced this same matter sending a screenshot of one of the net 30 accounts i previously set up for ***************** business (see attached), and asking for a refund, I expressed to her mother that the work was completed and i would submit my follow up response to the BBB, but i would not be bullied by her daughters threats, and asked them to cease and desist any further communication.
On 6/20 ************** called my business line at 11:53 am and left a message about getting a refund, on 6/21 at 9:36 am ************** called my business line again to ask about a refund, I advised ************** to stop calling and wait until this process is resolved.Please note that ************** has never called my business line until after I asked her to cease communicating with me on my personal line. (Call log attached)
In conclusion i completed the conversion application process as agreed upon, established the **** number as agreed upon, and set up 3 net 30 accounts as agreed upon, At this time this matter far exceeds what the BBB is able to do and law enforcement has been contacted to address the threats and harassment I've received. I have been self-employed for over 28 years and I have never experienced anything like this, and it saddens me to have to defend my work ethnics to someone that I over extended my services/assistance to, additionally what does my Birkin bag have to do with this matter, Jealousy is not grounds for a refund and this complaint is ridiculous.Customer response

Miss.bee give me her personal information to contact her by her personal Instagram page and I know her by winning A contest that was held by ATLFaV. On April 19, 2022 at 11 :23 am I text miss.bee because I was wondering why I havent received any emails from the Vendors under the Trade line . I told her I had a few questions about the Trade lines and she responded back stating that her mother is very sick and that she was not able to handle business at that time . I told her I understand and sent my condolences to her and told her to take her time which I was showing nothing but sympathy so I dont understand how I can be jealous of someone when Ive been nothing but understanding(see attached screenshot of text) stating sickness of grandmaWe had set up a time to talk on the phone and she had told me that she set up the trade lines on April 20 at five oclock but I told her I never received any trade lines and never received my *** transferring into a corporation( we had this Conversation was on the phone)
after being so patient and understanding of ******* personal issues of her mother being sick. On June 18 , 2022 I emailed ******* ******* asking for proof that she done the work that I had paid her for, ( see attached screenshot of email ) she went to ******** and start posting her shopping and purchasing Birkin bag instead of showing proof of the work I paid her for! after never receiving any proof that the work was completed that I had already paid her for I did not receive anything until I made my Better Business Bureau complaint stating that I would like a refund. finally the next day I received a text message from the net 30Account stating that I can start my membership and that I have to pay $69 to start my account after paying $750 so i dont understand why I have to keep paying out money and thats when I text her and told her that I am no longer interested in her services and please do not set up any accounts after making my complaint with the BBB (See attachment of screenshot from the net 30 account after making the complaint with the Better Business Bureau asking for a refund) and asked her to stop texting my phone and to let the BBB handle the situation. She did not listen to what I say instead she text my phone screenshots of post that I posted on my ******** which had nothing to do with her
also I do not know what Miss ******* is talking about far as threats on social media or anything related to social media making threats . however , she texts my phone calling me a crazy b**** and And stating that she will call my job and report me which is a a form of harassment and I did Notify ******* Police Department and my employer.
I am asking for a refund because Miss ******* did not do the work that I asked her to do and that I paid her to do until I made my complaint she cannot show paperwork or proof with dates until I made my complaint for a refund she has not showed no proof of the *** transferring into a corporation nor has she shown proof of net 30 trade lines until after I made my complaint for a refund which is not sufficient enough after making a complaint with the BBB
In addition far as any coaching she did not help with finding me a home for me and my children and she did not help find me with a job or everything, far as the job And home I did it off of my research and my hard work with the ***** of the lord .
if I do not receive a refund of 750 dollars.
infinity business solution will have a lawsuit of defamation of character with pain and suffering of $300,000 and Will be served by my lawyer *********************Also Miss B stated that she has such an excellent relationship with the Better Business Bureau that she do not have to pay a refund and that you guys / Better Business Bureau will take care of this situation in her favor.

This is a frivolous response to my rebuttal, ************** is a blatant liar and i wish to proceed legally in a court of law, I have NEVER referenced working with or having any sort of partiality with the BBB, because this is now a criminal investigation, I choose to allow ************** to have her attorney contact my attorney ,these claims as well as criminal charges can be handled by a judge, as i stated in my initial response this far exceeds what the BBB is able to provide and my legal team has advised me to have no direct or indirect communication with ************** beyond this point, my original message remains on ******** for the judge and all to see, and my screenshots of not just the threats but exact quotes from ****************** pages is in my possession as evidence, to reference suing me for defamation is unfounded and again frivolous, this is beyond mediation this woman threatened my life, and then she apologized for it which i have proof of as well, this matter could have come to a resolve but when you reference my handbag in a complaint, you saw an opportunity to assess my worth, and leverage me for money, justice will prevail in court,Thank you BBB for attempting to mitigate but there is no resolve on this platform for criminal behavior and malicious intent.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: i have proof that I never threaten any one Direct or indirect far as social media. Anything I say on social media is form of first amendment freedom of speech ,and I apologize to mrs. ******* for FEELING like I was talking about her and I was trying to take the high road. But as normal miss B has tried to flip things on me as if I am the aggressor. I also never received any LLC turn into a corporation or anything related to my complaint. She text my phone calling me out of my name and threaten to report me to my job which is form of harassment and stalking!
in addition, miss B did not mention that her grandmother was sick and that I showed condolences to her and I was trying to work with her the best I could and understanding of her situation. Due to me being understanding of her situation I never received nothing that I paid for which is facts not Opinion nor assumptions.since I will not receive my $750 refund I will pursue legal actions for defamation of character and pain is suffering of $300,000
