      Placed an order 11/04/24 for pick up through the app.The store had doors locked with a sign stating they ran out of chickenMyself and cousins placed separate orders. However one of the orders was never refunded!!! I received a case number but no one has reached out!In addition, I used points for my Purchase! On an order I never received! The points have not been put back on my account! No one is responding!

      Unable to contact Popeye's HQ or leave comment. Went to store# ***** and they continually have no soap in the restrooms. Spoke with manager on 11/10/24 3pm and he stated someone must have taken it. I informed him it is state law to have soap and he stated only for employees and we have soap in our bathroom. This is an ONGOING issue as we have run into this previously.

      On 10/14/24, I placed an order w/ a ***** off coupon via Popeyes app and the total was *****. I completed the order and got an error message that said the coupon was no longer valid so I completed the purchase w/o the coupon and the total was *****. I paid w/ cash app and my activity has completed transactions for both totals so I was charged twice. I reported this issue on the Popeyes app on 10/15/24. I received the following message from ******* from the Popeyes ********** Team on 10/15/24, "I am happy to report that I am only seeing one successful charge on our end. If you are seeing two charges for this order, one of those processing charges should drop off of your account in 3 to 5 business days." I sent the following reply on the email I received from ******* on 11/01/24, "I still haven't received a refund of $***** for the order on Oct 14@10:58pm. I can see both order receipts for ***** and ***** on the Popeyes app for my account and I still have two completed charges on my form of payment. It has been well past 3-5 business days and the charge has not fallen off and I haven't received a refund." I haven't received a response from ******* or anyone else from guest services. I sent another reply on 11/10/24, "I'm still waiting for someone to respond to me regarding the issue of being charged twice for the same order. My purchase was one month ago. I don't understand why this is taking so long to resolve." I still haven't received a response.

      Shorted the sides on the order.Went back to the store and was told "We don't have any more." All they had were fries.Went to speak to the manager today and he offered to replace the sides TWO DAYS LATER I had to complete the order at *** to feed the work crew, and wasted TWO HOURS trying to get the order SIX EMPLOYEES didn't have the collective brain power to resolve.

      I ordered a Cajun turkey on 11/09/2024 for pickup at 8:13pm. I was charged $81.18 and never received any receipt. I was not allowed to pickup my order. The charge has been completely processed and I am asking for a refund. Popeyes customer service has not been able to address this issue

      To Whom It May Concern at the Better Business Bureau,Im writing to formally complain about an appalling experience I had at the Popeyes location on ************* in ************, ********, on November 11, 2024. I placed a mobile order and went to the locations drive-through to pick it up, just as the app instructed. When I arrived at the speaker, I gave my name, *******, and said I was there to pick up my order. The drive-through worker responded by saying, Come inside.I was confused, as this was a drive-through order, so I clarified and said, But its a drive-through order. Her response? Get your a** in f****** side! Stunned, I said, Excuse me? She then said, I dont have time for your bullshitget inside! She swore at me repeatedly, speaking with hostility and zero respect.Its unacceptable and infuriating to be treated this way as a customer. This locations staff member didnt just lack basic customer service skills; her language and attitude were abusive and completely unprofessional. Im reporting this experience to the Better Business Bureau because I believe this kind of behavior warrants serious attention and disciplinary action. I trust that the BBB will address this incident so that no other customer has to deal with the same disrespect and verbal abuse at this Popeyes location.

      The Popeyes on ************************************************* is the worst store and the other local Popeyes stores are not far behind. Every time I decide to give you all another chance to sell me some good chicken that I know youre capable of, you let me down. I go to purchase chicken wings because that is the only part of the chicken that my family will eat. I am told no and to go to another Popeyes because you will not sell me more than three whole chicken wings even if I am willing to pay for separate orders of three wings and a biscuit I am rudely towed no and to go elsewhere. Who does that? Who are you hiring at your stores? Is this who you want representing your brand? And I know its not just that particular Popeyes because I have had similar experiences at other Popeyes locations so its clear to me that this is an internal culture at Popeyes. I know you have great food, but when you wont even accept my money, then that tells me that this restaurant will eventually go away because its employees are only there to receive a check and do not care about your brand.

      I just want them to do their job ive worked for fried chicken spots and we always cook before the place opens and this location never cooks chicken even though the chicken was supposed to be ready by 10:15 i even gave them more time and came at 10:25 and wont have anything ready for another half hour thats an hour of them not having chicken ready when the place has been open and has had employees working there
