This company is not customer-focused, detail-oriented, responsible, or professional. The project the business was hired to do is to install landscape lighting to make my home better-lit and safer. The scope of work was to use high-quality products; install, bury wiring, and ensure the electrical and exterior lighting was complete and well functioning. ******, the owner used second-rate materials, and upon inspection from a more reputable company, he installed an electrical system that was not powerful enough to supply sufficient lighting. Additionally, ****** left the wiring above ground instead of buried as promised. This was a critical part of the service that is non-negotiable because my landscaping company mistakenly cut the wiring from my previous system. I made numerous attempts to contact the owner, ***********************, to have him correct and complete the job but he has been unresponsive. I paid $1600 for a job I could have hired a handyman to do for 1/4 of the price - including the cheap products he used. Additionally, I am having to hire a reputable company to come and correct the abominable job he did. This company is sub-par and an embarrassment to minority-owned businesses. DO NOT pay him for the service until your job is fully completed to your satisfaction. DO NOT recommend this company; as you can see from the other reviews, this is his normal operating procedure.

On 10/8/21 ,we paid ************************* $1,500.to upgrade our existing already wired and functioning home surveillance system. At ****, on the same day, 3 of our 8 cameras went out. We contacted ***** to report the problem. He said he needs to change balusters for those 3 cameras to restore night vision. He said he had a 3 week job in Alabama and would make us his 1st priority when he returned. After several follow-up texts and phone calls, he has not returned to complete the job he was paid to do. The couple of times we were able to make contact with him,he told the same lie that he was returning to correct the problem. Prior to Shauns visit, 7 of 8 cameras were working well and had very good night vision. Our goal was to get higher resolution cameras but instead were left with less surveillance protection than we already had. Two months have passed and he has ghosted us and failed to honor his responsibility to restore our night vision. We will have to hire another technician to make our system whole again. We truly believed he was an upstanding honest person who could be trusted to do the right thing. He is Not. I strongly discourage anyone considering this provider to look elsewhere because he will gladly take your money and fail to deliver what youve paid for.
