INAP auto charged my credit card after I cancelled services. At 4am today I received a text message from my credit card company that a possible fraudulent charge had been made. And after checking, INAP had indeed charged my credit card. I've never authorized auto payments but then canceled services earlier this week and it happened. The manager from INAP reviewed and said that I have always paid on Autopay but even after stating and providing proof that I have never, he ignored my concerns and didn't care to figure out what happened. To make things worse, I canceled services but he said I owe 12 months of hosting for next year because I didn't notify them 60 days ahead of time. The 60 days terms that he mentions is only a link to a document on their website that could be changed at any time. https://www.inap.com/legal/uwaye1/Also, I contacted their team on August 29 and my original contract didn't start until November. I simply wanted to cancel services and they are stating that I owe them for 12 more months of hosting even though I have requested to cancel and won't be using their servers any longer. I have lost several customers due to their breach of contract by maintaining the secure and keeping it clean of malware. I have proof of customers with malware and having sites flagged as Dangerous.They want to charge me $445 per month for 12 more months even though the server will not be turned on or used and I have stated since August 29 that I needed to cancel.More concerning is how they auto charged my credit card at 4am after I stated to them to stop billing me, that I canceled already.Researching their social media accounts, it appears to be a recurring issue. Fraudulent charges and poor services that are insecure.I have reached out to management and they did not care that they charged an older card that was reported stolen months ago and said that I did it after I showed proof that I have never been on auto payment.Thanks
