So my payment was received before my due date and it has been two weeks and they have not posted it to my account. They told me it may take 30 days to process the payment and they can do a ONE TIME late fee waver. So if you make a payment ON TIME and it take THEM past the due date to "process' the payment you have to pay a late fee for their slow processing time. They suggested I make the payment two or so weeks early just in case.

If you can avoid getting alone with this company , please do so. They're very , very poor at returning overpaid fun at their expense. I've been trying to collect the overdue funds.And they have not been getting back to me and I'm ignored every call.Even when they stated they would return a call to give me a current status.I would never happened either.

I have been calling for months to speak to a supervisor about my loan and not only do they never have anyone that can speak to me at the moment, but they tell me someone is going to call and they never do. They lied to me while supposedly helping me with a dispute saying that I did not need to make payments while it was being disputed only to allow the promotional period expire so they could double payments when I could have paid off the loan months ago. They are just as big a scam as the company they worked with to do the work on my home. The agents have terrible customer service skills and they have no detailed knowledge of accounts when you call. Look for financing with a different company if you can. If you're getting contracted work done and they finance through this company make sure you do a thorough look into them too.

I called Momnt on 9/9/2024 to request a 30 payoff letter. I was told they do not provided any type of payoff letters and I would have to refer to my statement. I explained why I needed a payoff quote (particularly 30 days) and the phone *** showed no interest in trying to find a solution and ***eatedly talked over me. I had to literally ask him to stop talking and listen. I asked for a supervisor and was told no supervisor was available and furthermore a supervisor would not call me back. He claimed he put in a request to the supervisor to call me back and I had a feeling he did not, so I called back. The next *** confirmed my suspicions. She again advise they only can give me a statement and no payoff quote. She said she would put in a request for a supervisor call back, but again doubt if a supervisor would call me. This company should not be able to do business with such gross business practices. I urge the **** to send regulators to this business, because if you they arent providing basic services, no telling what other bad business practices they have in place.

Momnt reported my account as deficient, which affects my jobs security clearance. When I was informed of this through my jobs security, I discovered that unbeknownst to me, they sold my account to another company after my last payment. I called today and spoke to Representative **** who refused to send me a letter stating that my account was good. I asked to speak to a Supervisor and he refused me, telling me to speak to the new owners.

This was a bait and switch performed by a shady bath remodel company who used Momnt as their financing service. The bath rep provided us an email stating no payment/no interest for 24 months before we finalized the deal. Then, on the day of the service, they had to do the actual financial approval process and the rep physically entered the code he was being told to enter by Momnt into my wifes phone. BOOM... this is where they got us. Yes, no payments were required for 24 months, BUT at the end of the 24 months, IF you haven't paid the loan off, you get ALL that back interest added to the overall bill. AND the interest builds on the principle until paid off. For us, that was just over $9000.00 in interest alone. I called MOMNT and was told we should have read everything which was sent via several text messages. DO KNOW USE MOMNT or BATH PLANET (oh they say they're out of business when you call - so why do they answer their phone with "Bath Planet"?). ****** LEARNED... NEVER EVER DO FINANCIAL AGREEMENTS OVER A CELL PHONE USING TEXT SERVICES. These people may have done nothing technically illegal, but they knew they were s******* us by having the rep enter codes and "approval". We can use that shower all day long, but we feel dirty just using it.

I do not know where the previous reviews have come from, but we can tell you honestly that this company is an absolute scam. We are in our seventies and contracted with ********************** who supposedly is owned by the same man who owns **********************. Of course they promised us the very best, warranty, etc. and the salesman was very knowledgeable. However, that is where it ends. We were told that it would be around 6 weeks to get the material from their manufacturer, ************ in **, on March 26, 2023. Months went by with no correspondence at all. Then when we did start to investigate, we were told not to deal with ******* but directly with *******. One of the reasons we went with Bath Planet was that they offered 18mth, 0% financing from a company called Momnt Technologies also of *******. Little did we know that when we signed what was described as the application for loan, that the money (around $12k) was transferred the same day to ** ******* but under another name they use, GutterGard South, LLC. We didn't think much of this at first, but were expecting that money would be withdrawn only when needed by Bath Planet. We were then promised by ** ******* that our material was being expedited and to expect it no later than Sept. 21st. Weeks after that date came and went, ******* writes to inform us that the material was damaged in shipping and had to be replaced. Since then, we have found out that BCI had never shipped the materials since ** ******* owed them a lot of back payments. What is really funny is that none of these companies involved, BCI *******, Momnt or BCI seems to know how to reach the owner and we are left with absolutely nothing except the growing debt with Momnt which they tell us is under investigation but cannot give us any type of time table of when they will finish. If you are smart, you will not do business with any of these companies...

Momnt is used by ************************* in *********** to finance a procedure proposed to correct ** for men. South Lake Medical closed their doors a few months ago without notice and left many men without the treatment promised to them. South Lake posted a number to call for information but you can NEVER get anyone on the phone. I have filed a complaint with the ******** Sate AG office against South Lake but Momnt ie still attempting to collect payments after South Lake has defaulted on their contract to provide these treatments.
