When I first spoke with ***** ****** he talked like he really wanted to help. It's a joke! He will tell you he will call back and never will. All I can say is Run don't walk Run as fast as you can to another company

These folks called saying they were from my current mortgage servicer. They aren't. They were nice enough, made fair points and made starting the process easy. Once the ball got rolling though it picked up quickly- from "hey submit these documents" to "you HAVE to get these documents by end of day so we can lock in your deal/rate: we can't make you an offer if you don't meet underwriting ". I told them I worked at 2 in the morning so had to be to bed by 6 est (they're Arizona) and after receiving all the documents they asked for, they called back around 7pm est and told "everything looked great, let's go over all the details NOW". I protested mildly but heard them out. It sounded agreeable but told them I needed time to work out the math on my own during a time NOT beyond my bedtime before committing to such an important contract. They said " oh no worries about that but rates change every night so you should really go ahead and log in and pay the lock fee so you don't miss this rate offer- we can always discuss details later. This fee also covers the appraisal at a flat rate". Seemed pushy but reasonable given market fluctuations so i logged in, paid it and got a call 15 minutes LATER from the manager. His rate qoute was the same but monthly figures differed from the qoute.He said we'd straighten it all out if i passed underwriting, which was news to me given how hard they pushed me to submit...all the same documents i was asked for by a different team the next week. I asked THOSE people why they couldn't use what i had submitted last week (their urgency was gone now) and they said they couldn't see them until i signed all the loan agreements, which I pointed out had several mistakes therein. By this point I no longer wished to proceed. Guess what: "no refunds, we had to pay to get you that deal" and "if i still work here I'll try to help you out in the future". Good grief. What a way to **** away $500. They ignored me, lied to me, patronized me for complaining.

***! I can't thank you enough Amerisave Mortgage for being so professional and making this a smooth process in receiving a Home Equity Loan. Both of the **** was so professional, thorough and pleasant at all times. Amerisave Mortgage has a website that you can check the status and how your loan is going through as your proceed. This is what made me feel like the process went so smoothly. This was my first time ever getting a home equity loan. I found Amerisave Mortgage through Lending Tree. Amerisave was the very first company on the list for Home equity loan. The **** that I spoke to was ******* and ******. They need a raise. Great customer service
