I have communicated with ******************** that the complaint filed is not with our company. We operate under the Brand of Hughes Exterminators in **********. NOT as Arrow. Therefore, her complaint is with the "Arrow" that operates in that market. That company has no affiliation with us. I hope that Ms. ********** issue is resolved and she will be kind enough to remove the complaint from our company.Review from Yen H

This company took advantage of us when theres no adult at home, they came and installed something in February (we dont care much about what they used) and sent us a bill now, demanding for payment. We sent back the invoice told them that we didnt order the service. Yesterday they came back walking around our house. We asked what they want but they didnt saying anything. We were about to call the cops but they left. This morning we noticed theres 15 emptied holes around the house.Please DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ARROW. These people are rude and full of scams. Also watch out for the invoices, especially those first time buyers. This company will take advantage of you.Arrow, what do you have to say for yourself???Review from barb s

they dont run a proffesional buisness i wasnt able to contact him cause phone was all he had the number no other contact i have the number ************ call me all day long the buisness is aegiss pest control he now is in ******* working for arrow exterminators is the number of the buisness people count on a buisness to do a ******** dont he is listed on 4 to 5 sites i had to get help to find him ithink he shouldnt own or list a buisnesshe needs to asap remove those sites and the phone number he has alot people looking for him sounds like you guys have alota complaints also so get it done ASAPArrow Exterminators, Inc. This is NOT a review of their service or techs, just their billing / marketing department. We had Arrow apply a termite treatment three years ago and got a warranty with it. They've been sending us letters recently to get a new treatment in order to keep the guarantee valid. We ignored them because money's tight right now. Then they sent us a bill for $160. I called in today and was told that it's not a bill, it's a reminder re: guarantee. I'm sure there's fine print in there saying "this is not a bill" but it looked like a bill and anyone not paying attention might have just paid it. It may be unintentionally shady, but it's shady nonetheless.Buyer beware.Review from Ramesh K

I looks like individual person doing his own than like business. Today the person supposed to come do the service Im my home between 12 and 1 oclock, no one came we called the arrow exterminator company in **************** and we were told buy the person who picked up the phone told me each technician will have his own load and I have to call him and discuss with him, I never heard anything like this. What do the people at their office do and I asked about it and asked her name and corporate phon number she said some and numbers she did not give her name and hung up. Same kind of response from a person at corporate office. This company does not deserve what they they their company say they stand for ThanksArrow Exterminators, Inc. Response

I am sorry for your experience. All of our service centers have access to our service professionals' schedules. We should have contacted the technician so that we could find out why he had not kept his appointment and directed him to your location or reschedule immediately. His name is ********************* he is always courteous and very professional when he sprays my home and answers any questions and gives good feedback on what he does. My Mother is ***********************************, shes set to retire at the end of this December 2023. Please tell me that after giving her life and heart for this company and Naders pest control, that shes going to be recognized for one the most amazing employees ever to be employed with you. She goes to sleep at night thinking of how she can make things better for the company, and wakes up every morning putting her thoughts to work. Shes been with ********************* since the beginning of Naders and the two of them worked alongside of each other even before Naders was born. Im just her son and have absolutely no power over anyone at Arrow, but I truly believe her devotion and commitment towards her job is second to none. Please make her feel as shes one of the most important people youve ever had on your team. They have taken advantage of my disabled & elderly Mother. She signed up for a "contract". Contract stated if you are still having problems after service that you would come back out to fix it. Well we have been a customer and under contract for 14 months since July 2022. We have a very bad case of infestation of roaches. In those 14 months the quantity has not went down at all it only increases rapidly. We called & spoke to 2 different receptionist & was told a manager would call me. Manager did not call, so the next day I called again & finally he called me back. I explained the issues going on. We asked for a FULL refund. We have not gotten the results we need. I wish she would have looked at the reviews & ran. I do not know how they are still in business. I had 3 exterminators come out and to no avail. My Mom is owed $226 plus any other thing you charged her. We need a full refund, this is unbelievable at such poor customer service. When a customer complains about their service they want a solution. Well we have to go find a professional exterminator since clearly Arrow Exterminators failed the job at hand. When I did finally speak to the manager he stated we can come back out and do a deep clean out & treat for all bugs. I expected him to say this trip is on us since we have failed you. No instead he says It will be $94. I could not believe the response he gave me .I am very disappointed and I do not appreciate you taking advantage of my Mother.
