I reserved a boarding for my dog here for the dates of 6/4/22 to 6/13/22. I was given details of what the boarding would be like by a woman named ********. I boarded my dog in a kennel with a camera so I was able to check on her 24/7. I was forced to call and email the company nearly every day (and spoke mainly with ********) about the constant issues I was seeing on the camera. They were not dosing her medicated calming treats as instructed, they were not feeding her on time, they were not walking her on time and they were not cleaning the room nightly or doing other things as described to me before booking the service. I tried to give the company chance after chance to uphold their promises about the service and care they would provide my dog, until on 6/12/22 I ended my out of town trip a day early just to get my dog out of this facility. If I hadnt called and emailed them over and over to tell them my dog hadnt been walked etc., they would have neglected my dog even worse. The staff lied to me numerous times during our interactions, which are fairly well documented. One day I called to tell them my dogs kennel had urine in it and I was worried; they lied and said it had already been cleaned and that she was fine, but hours later I look on the camera and see the urine is still there and she had walked through it trying to get the staffs attention at the door. I ultimately ended up needing to take my dog to the emergency room and then the vet as she struggled to urinate once she came home. The company would not discount my service. They would not accept responsibility for not following the instructions for administering her supplements, or for anything else they did. They couldnt even explain to me how they ended up giving her the wrong dosage of those supplements. Even though I called ahead with my ETA before getting my dog a day early, and was told that it was fine, they charged me a Late pickup fee without even letting me know. I was charged 913 dollars.
