12-04-22 $80 Dog Grooming. I dropped my 6 month old puppy off at 8:45a. Called two times to check on her because the service was taking so long. I was told at 1:45p that she wasnt ready, asked for an eta, the front desk attendant without checking, said he didnt know and that he would call when she was ready. I called back after not hearing from them at 3:05p this time insisting that he check on her. He tells me she will be ready at 4:15. I arrive at 4:15p still not done. Looked like they had just started giving her a cut. She was not done until 5 oclock! Absolutely ridiculous. So she sat in a cage for over 8 hours and from what Ive read from other reviews they dont even walk the dogs. This info came from a former worker who goes further to explain that the owner verbally abuses her staff and yells at the dogs on a regular basis, This is beyond unacceptable. I asked to speak to a manager to which the front desk guy says im it and just hands me a business card. I have contacted the owner via the email provided. I will provide payment but would like a refund considering the negligence and lack of communication of this business. Please assist me concerning this matter.Business response

On January 4, 2022 I received an e-mail from ************** concerning the service she received at my business. I immediately called her and left a message addressing her concerns. I offered a full refund and did attempt to return her payment the same night. ************** called on January 12th and expressed to us that she had not received the refund at which time we called our credit card company to insure that she would indeed receive her full refund. I do have in my possession the receipts showing a refund was given.
To address her concerns about the pets staying too long, I did reduce the amount of dogs each groomer will work on each day.
In addition, I am working closely with my front desk staff on their customer service skills.
