I made a bad decision to hire JR ********************** to replace a Gas water heater to Hybrid water ******* JR ******************** installed new water heater with missing parts that what I had them originally ordered. They didn't tell me this information despite my multiple follow **** While waiting for weeks, suddenly I saw an unauthorized charge on my card of $1,500 from them. I asked to refund it asap. they agreed to refund. they sent me a fake refund receipt. I waited for another week or two and got nothing back. When I tried to dispute it with my credit card ******** JR ******************** presented fake documents. They were also served a demand letter by a lawyer (attached) but since they knew they had nothing to loose they didn't respond beyond that. they still have my $1,500 and refused to refund. They also left the job incomplete, given I care about safety of my house, I got it completed by another plumber. Do not hire this company. read their ****** reviews as well. they have screwed up other customers as well.Initial Complaint

The plumbing they installed in October 2022 was completely inoperable and had to be ripped out and replaced. Multiple other plumbers that reviewed the work told me they were in disbelief at the level of incompetence. We also had to have a structural engineer review ceiling beams that were cut up. The cuts were a danger to the structure and we had to have a support beam installed to shore it up. I'm **************** of the costs to fix the plumbing and repair the structural damage, plus interest, $12,811.Business response

This customer chose to *** our company regarding this matter. At this time it is an open case with a trial set for October 20th. We can not make any comments on the matter until after we settle this is court like the client chose to do.
