This business advertises promos that are only able to be had when placing online orders. What they have done is disable online ordering so you cant take advantage of promo. Then if you call to place the order they will not honor online pricing, even though its advertised. Attempted to speak with manager to no avail. Pretty frustrating as a consumer to be duped like this.Review from Nakish A

The Buffalo Wild Wing **************** and customer satisfaction has decreased tremendously. It's honestly one of my favorite places to eat and has been for over 10 years. Yet here lately it's like the front of the house staff could care less to give ant type of satisfaction. I tried to call my order in and was placed on hold to assist other customers, not okay, but okay. Only to get to the location from home and still on hold, to see no customers at the desk and two employees just standing there near the fountain drinks. Finally someone camd from the back to take my order. I placed my order with the front desk while still on hold. I mentioned the fact and that was just shrugged off like oh well. Which is insane when if it weren't for the customers no one would have a job. Waited for my order only to receive half of my order cause the cashier said they didn't hear me say my full order, so I had to turn around and wait to receive my complete order. I asked for corporate information, but was told by the Mgr on duty Bdubbs doesn't have a corporate ??. Even while talking to him it was like talking to a brick wall, no concern or affect for my unsatisfactory experience. Just oh well.Review from Marco C

Buffalo Wild Wings **************** **********. Came in for a quick dinner and drinks after after a night off from work. Late night, mind you this is the only place that closes at 2am. But here is where the problem lies. Our waitress/server ****** tells us we can only sit on bar tops that have menus. No problem. It was 12:30 pm. We order our drinks with her. She says shell be back for a food order in a bit. No problem. We get our drink, she later stops by for our food order. We get our food surpsringly quick. Which was great. Its 1:14am. I decide I want to have another beer before last call. Which if they close at 2am, Id assume last call would be 1:30am; but thats besides the fact. I asked for another round. At this time, friendly ****** says oh we already did last call. I say ok. I had to think it over a bit. I asked for the check when she was available around 1:25am. I asked her. What time do you guys close? She replies; 2am. I then ask; what time is your last call for alcohol? She replies with. It depends. I ask, what does it depend on? She replies with saying it depends on what time the bartender wants to do last call. So apparently this Caucasian lady with tattoos and heavy reindeer looking makeup decides when to stop serving. Now the problem which I tried to explain to the server ****** is. You as a server should be responsible for going around and informing their patrons that it is last call. But apparently ****** the bartender with the heavy makeup calls the shots and cleans all the taps on her time. ****** then proceeds to say if you really want the drink I can get it for you. To which I decline. She says they go off the clock on the wall which is like six minutes ahead. Im so amused at this time. But point being is, last call needs to be informed to all customers. Not just shut down because employees want to go home. ****** the manager on duty needs to retrain his staff. Or retraining of his own.Review from robert m

The ****** ******* franchise store in *******, ***** has the worst service I have experienced in many many years if ever. I pre-ordered 2 birthday cakes to be decorated for a party I was holding for 20 people. When I went to go the store there was only 1 cake, and that 1 cake was not even decorated and even worse, it was melted. It was disgusting and inedible. When I spoke with the manager who then spoke to the owner I was provided a credit for 1 cake. No other compensation for an inedible cake and a birthday party that now had no cake. This store should not be taking orders from customers who are expecting to get what they pay for. While in the store speaking with the manager two other individuals came in to pick up cakes that were not made. I hope the owner knows that by not providing some sort of compensation he will be losing much more once my review and pictures are all over social media. Arrived at 12:15 am to the ******, ** location, and didnt get greeted until 12:55 am. Was told dining area was closed, but no signs or block off. Asked for manager, employee yelled for her. She responded, but never came. Was told kitchen closes at 1:20 am though sign says 11:00-2:00 am. Had to order appetizer and food back to back. Asked again for manager and ******** came out. She did not care. Rolling eyes and shrugging shoulders. Called manager ***** and tried to explain situation. He immediately became defensive. ******** is his wife. She lied on us and said we cursed at her, and that we belittled her. A COMPLETE LIE!!!!!!! Got a call from another number who told me that nothing was going to be done and stop complaining. They are with *************** Beware this location. They think, and let me emphasize think, they are untouchable.Review from Ruben R

I am a regular customer that buy food once a week but is being about 4 times that I hade issues when picking up the food that they have not given me all the food but yet they charge for it and when I called them about it they told me to come back and get it but I leave 30 minutes away so I asked them to reimburse me the money but they dont do it they told me to call to my bank to deal with itReview from LANISE M

BUFFALO WILD WINGS, *************************************** (***** UNIVERISTY BRANCH) IS A JOKE. THEY ALLOWED ME TO MAKE AN ORDER ONLINE AND PAY. WHEN I AND ANOTHER CO-WORKER WHO ORDERED WENT TO PICK UP OUR ORDER AROUND 130PM EST, A YOUNG LADY HAD LOCKED DOOR AND THEN EXITED THE BUILDING AFTER WE KNOCKED FOR A WHILE AND ADVISED SHE JUST QUIT AND WE ARE BASICALLY GOOD LUCK TO US ON GETTING A REFUND. CALLED THE LOCATION AFTER I GOT OFF WORK AND SPOKE TO A GENTLEMAN NAMED ******* WHO SHOWED ZERO EMPATHY AND GAVE NO APOLOGY. HE ASKED DO YOU STILL WANT THE FOOD. TOLD HIM I WOULD PREFER MY REFUND WHICH HE ADVISED WILL TAKE 3-5 DAYS TO RETURN TO OUR ACCOUNT. THE HANDLING OF THAT SITUATION WAS POOR AND IF THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS, PLEASE SHUT THIS FACILITY DOWN ASAP.Review from James C

Took my neice to the *********** ******* location, such a mistake, her meal didn't come until 20 min after our entire party got there food, the waiting staff was unable to turn the channel, and messed up our bill
