Tour was given on 7/2/2022 my spouse and I drove over ***** miles to see the historic tour in Atlanta Ga. Upon arriving there were only 4 seats 1 in front seat with driving and all his tour belong and 2 seats in the back , upon arriving at the next stop 4 more adults were added to this tour bus I notified the driver that its not possible for all of us to fasten our seats belts which is the law to travel on a 10 passenger seat bus . The driver refused to accommodate us . I asked could we be refunded our money because by law we could not be seat belt due to the over capacity of this bus , and he had not taken the tour , this tour is false and misleading and Im highly upset at the way I was treated Im requesting and. Refund of my tour money

That particular van was a 14 passenger high top van, suited for 14 regular adult sized passengers. The guests basically took it upon himself to exit the van on their own recognases mid-tour, which does NOT mean you get a refund. According to the guest...they were visiting relatives in Georgia and decided to take our. Before the start of the tour, our tour guide suggested to guests sit in the front seat of the van, but guest declined and wanted to sit in the back of vehicle. This a very popular tour thats sells-out a lot so full capacity is inevitable. We understand people come all different sizes and we do our very best in providing a big, comfortable and reliable vehicle. Weve have had thousands of guest take our tour and has never been SLANDERED by any one spouting this is a scam. As I stated previously we have successfully been in business for over 10 years and this is NOT A SCAM and we are shocked and appalled by this statement. It's unfortunate that the guest experience wasn't to their liking and we sincerely wish them love, peace, and good health for the future.Customer response

Again, that particular Van you we're in was a full size 14 passenger van which 14 people including yourself reserved that time slot. This vehicle is suited for 14 regular adult sized passengers. The 4 guest were running late to the initial meetup point and met-up with the tour group at the *** Center which was the 1st stop of the tour. You basically took it upon yourself to exit the van on your own recognases mid-tour, which DO NOT mean you get a refund. According to you...you were visiting relatives in Georgia and decided to take our tour. You did not come **** miles from MD just for our tour. Even the tour guide ******* was patient, cordial, and helpful providing recommendations for your group to popular eateries and social outings nearby. We have had thousands of customers take our tour and has never been SLANDERED by any one stating this is a scam. As I stated previously we have successfully been in business for over 10 years and this is NOT A SCAM and we are shocked and appalled by this statement. I will purse in small claims court for false and misleading representation
