I had a problem with accessing my certificate, so I emailed customer service on a Sunday and received a response right away. I was sent a certificate the same day.

A few of my certificates were stolen as my whole purse was...wasn't going to even ask if they could be reissued but after providing my information I was very pleased they are sending me new ones..Sweetdeals.com Response

We're truly sorry for the inconvenience regarding the marketing emails that went out yesterday.We recently moved to a new email service provider, and this issue was caused by one of our employees inadvertently making a selection in the software that sent our morning emails to all customers who've opened messages from us in the last 30 days.
This won't happen again.

The best thing about this transaction was the **************** I received in reference to a delivery problem. The second-best thing was the price and quality of the of course! The **** lost the package after it was scanned in at my local central ************ It was nowhere. I wrote 1 email to the seller and was contacted right away with an offer to have the item re-sent or get reimbursed. Fabulous work!!Sweetdeals.com Response

My grandchildren are visiting so I purchased a deal for a Putt and Play outting. After I completed the purchase I discovered the paperwork for the deal would take 7-10 days to get to me. My grandkids would be long gone by then. I wrote customer service to either get an ************************** certificate or a refund. ***************************** responded to my request quickly and issues a refund right away.
