On 6/17/24, my vehicle, a 2023 ***** CX-5 was damaged by a valet at ****** in **********, ***********************. I watched from the entrance as the driver attempted to squeeze by cars that were already double-parked, striking another vehicle with mine. The driver provided contact information for *********************** and we promptly sent him photos and our information. **** was initially helpful; however, he has since stopped responding to my calls and emails. We had the repair done locally as we do not live in ******* and were unable to travel to your shop for the repair. The cost was $889.97. **** told us the company would pay for the cost of the repair at our local shop. We took him at his word and paid out of pocket as the shop would only accept payment in person. We kept **** in the loop and expected prompt reimbursement. Unfortunately, **** is now not returning calls after indicating that he must speak to the accounting department.
