Love it no shootings like all around Augusta .The only people that complain are the ones being evicted or causing problems for other tenants.People have lived in the park for 30 years and yes they are strict but at least we feel safe and not on the news. The parks are clean. If they wasn't strict this place would be a dump and unsafe. I been here 10 years and I keep my yard clean and pay my rent and don't have any problems. My neighbors was nasty and loud and was evicted that was a great day.I love the office staff they keep it safe and clean for me and my kids to live here. People can say what they want because they want cheap rent and live nasty well not here.Thsnk you to Raes Creek.Plrasr keep up the good work and ignore the comments from the ignorant nasty people..If the park is so bad why is it full and most people been here for years? I rest my case.

I moved into this park February 1st 2023 at the time they told me that my rent was $650 per month today February 21st 2023 I received my invoice for March's rent payment Suddenly my suddenly my rent went from $650 per month to $875 per month. I'm not paying this! Here are reasons why, when I moved in there was no refrigerator They supplied me with a refrigerator that did not fit into the area where it was supposed to set it was a double wide not a single wide apartment size as should have been here not only that but it took me 2 hours to clean this piece of junk out When I went to the office and told them that I needed a different refrigerator because the refrigerator they supplied was sitting in the middle of the dining room They provided a new refrigerator all right it was the most disgusting piece of crap worse than the original I refused to clean it out because it smelled like they had stored a dead body in it. Obviously they get in but the fact remains that it's stunk the whole entire home up . I'm moving out February 22nd it'll take me that long to pack up all my stuff and get out of this dump. Also while taking a shower the tub started rocking back-and-forth and I literally thought that I was going to fall through the floor I'm not staying in this dump.On a lighter note the neighbors are quiet they seemed friendly enough But that doesn't make up for the discrepancies that I just described. Do not move here unless you want to get ripped off
