I have documents that say what is owed and went to make payment they refused my payment after I already spoke with them in regards to coming to pay. I have been in contact with them and their other party *** loan. They both refused to take the 475 which is showed the balance due. I uploaded documents with all receipts of what I owed. I do have a recording as well.Business response

On ********** you were Advised to come into office by the accounts manager ******* to work out an arrangement for payment you never came in. On ********** we tried to contact you about past due payments and a follow up email was sent to you. On ********** you did a promise to pay at *** loan of 475.00 dollars which we never got. Hi I purchased a vechical from auto credit had it 16 months my timing belt slip which resolve for a new ingine was told to get proof of keeping up with my services now going on 3 month still no prosses they told my they only job is to fix it I cnt finance another car no rental reimbursement no nothing but make payments I dnt no who I'm financed with to not get a repo I've lost my job do to my car just sitting for so long they gave me 3 option either they gonna fix it ,put me in another vehicle or I would have to fix it if I cnt sho proof which I showed proof and still no outcome till this day I don't want my vehicle repossessed I think it would be fair to be put in another vehicle while in company hands I've done everything on my behalf keep it serviced and all it was 2 times I had to do my agreement warranty on car and the system still not right what do I need to do to get my car back the only thing he tells me is they job is to only fix it cause they want the money I don't think it's fair and I can't get no other outcome besides its still sitting in line after 3monthsBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2022/06/01) */ your vehicle has only been at out shop since first of May **** i ordered engine on May X XXXX your vehicle had to be placed inline to get engine replaced we are replacing your engine at no cost to you even though you are out of warranty and put 35,000 mile on the vehicle. I spoke with shop this am your vehicle is next inline to get engine and barring any issues should be done by June *** 2022Initial Complaint

I've purchased 2 cars from this place ( currently in the 2nd car ) and I regret going through with this. When I purchased the car the car radio was broken . They told me they would fix it along with the headlights needing to be cleaned. They never cleaned it . Told me to call a certain day to come in and whenever i called they kept telling me the people were not there to fix it. I left it alone ... The rear passenger door will not open from the outside what so ever. We can not for the love of us figure out how to put the doors on child lock at all and I have 2 small toddlers in the car that constantly plays with the door . One has ****** and ****. Mind you .... I'm already paying 440 a month for a 2014 *** which is COMPLETELY overpriced!!! Alot of car dealerships have told me that as well... with me spending this much in a carnote alone , there should be nothing wrong with this car ..... the car sounds like water is running somewhere in the dashboard everytime i crank it up.... it sounds like a piece of metal is clinking under the car when i press on the gas or break .... it's so much ... and now that i start to notice small things they tell me my warranty is over which was only for 3 months .... I just had a baby and i have been constantly asking and begging auto credit to let me trade this car in for a bigger car because my 4 year old( ****** and ****) is abusive to my 1 year old ... before i had my baby i had both of them on separate sides of the car .... when my 4 year old gets upset she falls out and kicks and punches her etc .... now i have my newborn in the car and im trying my best to avoid her hitting him being that he's so small and has a soft spot in his head ..... Im already stressed out as it is as a MOTHER alone !!! I should not have to go through this just to get a decent car for my situation .... I have had no trouble paying my carnote on time and They have yet to give me a good resolution.... i was told in order for me to get out of this car and into a bigger one I would have to pay 80% of the car off which is ABSURD!!!!! even with me explaining the situation the only thing they care about is the money ..... My 1 year old has been bruised and scratched and i just want to be able to get a car that i can separate them in peacefully and find a dealership that can help me when it comes to minor problems with the car instead of giving me the run around.... So if possible i would like to get my money back to take my business else where ! I was told 100 times not to go to auto credit and i went twice .... but Dealing with all of this stuff going on i literally cant take it anymore ..... I know i have to pay for mileage and thats fine but i really just want to be done with this .......Business response

You signed a legal binding contract on your vehicle that states the price of the vehicle and the cost of financing that vehicle if you did not agree to the cost and payments you should not have purchased the vehicle. 2. We do give you a 3 months or 3,000 mile mechanical warranty which is in your contract also and according to our records the only repair we done on your vehicle since purchase was to repair brake lights on ********** which we did out your warranty peeriod, 3.We can not trade you out of your vehicle because they original contract has to be bought out and that contract satisfied. 4. The people who do our headlights are hear every Thursday weather permitting if you will be here on that day we can get that done for you. 5. We do value you as a customer and I am willing to help you with your vehicle to get issues corrected but we cant trade you out of the vehicle at this time due to only having vehicle for 8 months Consumer Response /* (3000, 9, 2021/12/10) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) 1: The price was never the ISSUE ... It's the price for this particular car meaning if I knew that this car had all of these issues BEFOREHAND i would have never AGREED to pay anything . Period . 2: I stated that I started noticing issues after my 3 months were over . Which is why i did not inform the company because i clearly knew you wouldn't fix it but when i got stopped because of my break lights being out that was too much being that i didn't even have the car for a YEAR !! 3: you don't have to trade it in thats completely understandable but i would like to get my money back , turn this car in and take my business else where and get a more reliable car .... You guys are being extremely inconsiderate of my situation.... I have explained multiple times the situation with my daughter ! IF my newborn gets hit because all you guys care about is money then im going to be extremely upset you guys obviously don't care about their well-being because its not you! I need to purchase a bigger car and the only resolution is to get my money back , PAY FOR THE MILEAGE THAT I USED and go somewhere else ... 4: ... you guys have been telling me that for the longest i'm not about to keep wasting my time trying to chase behind anyone to fix something that shouldve been done before the car was put on the lot 5 : You don't.... I never missed a payment what so ever so clearly the money is not the issue , THE TRADE IN IS NOT my only issue .... If i cannot trade it in .... PLEASE give me my money back so I can go on with my business and find a safer vehicle for the sake of my children.... seriously
